Much better at 30 than 20. 20 year old me had a bloated fat face and no facial hair. I rock the stubble game 24x7 and chicks gush over it.

Not always true mane. I get super young chicks who come up to me all the time to try and flirt. They legit think I am like 21-25.

Worse.

But I really let myself go and got fat around 22 years old. Been lifting constantly for a year and a half now, be interesting to see where I am in another year and a half. Luckily the Norwood reaper is isn't going for me yet (hairy crew).

I looked like a chubby pos with no style up until i hit about 21 and got into the gym. I would say i am in the best physical shape of my life at this point. I feel bad for the guys who have been chads their entire life then get hit by the norwood reaper, or get some other sort of thing that takes a toll on their body and ability to maintain their looks. I am enjoying the change for sure...going from a 3/10 to a 7/10 lmao. Never used to have girls give me a second look.

I think up until like 33 I looked good. Now if I try to take a selfie or something which I don't do often I'm like wtf. See more wrinkles when I smile and less hair line. Hate it.

My face looks the same basically.

The only time I go from decent to ick is when I go on a bulk. I always know when it is time to cut, when I am like "fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuukkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk" when I see a bulked out face. I am told I am a lot more critical of myself than I should be though.

I use sunscreen, cardio/workout 4-5 days a week and the big thing...

SAUNA 5 days a week, minimum 15 minutes and re fill water bottle 6 times while in there. Which is over a gallon

Got gf now 4 years younger but right before her Iw as talking to a 20 year old who just hit 21 lol andanother 21 year old as well. Good genes brah

Guys between 30-50 who take care of themselves are almost always more attractive than they were when they were in their 20s!

Currently 29, and I used to look like a 20 year old for the longest time. Just recently finally started looking like I'm in my early 20's. Full head of curly hair which I'm def thankful for, but stress/unhappiness of my job has aged me a little.

The hair has made a big difference, but I still use hair fibers to fill it in. Just wish I hopped on finasteride a decade ago. I think after my next step (double jaw and genioplasty), I will look better, should breathe and sleep better as well. My face won't look as "melted"... will probably make the biggest difference from the side and 3/4'' view though. My upper jaw will be rotated, that should help my appearance and smile as well.

It will all be very pricey. Insurance may cover part of the jaw surgery. It's worth it to me, because I think face matters way more than most people believe, so I want the best face I can possibly get. It should improve my chances with women (IRL and online dating), job prospects, likeability, etc.
I see it as an investment. I want to be a Chad, not a Timothy.

And I would make the argument that facial aesthetics are more important if you are a man than a women. Women are much more pickier when it comes to sexual selection, which is why throughout most of history, less than one in ten men were able to pass on their genes. I see society going back to that with the slow decay of the societal norm being complete monogamy.
