Every time I see this thread bumped I think "maybe the big drop has finally happened and at the very least the two mean-Trump-texting-lovers are being indicted. Or how about Susan Rice?"

And every time it's just Rampage defending his belief that the justice dept is bigly corrupt and only Saint Donald can root out all the bad apples.

Double LMFAO at the irony of even thinking a verified crook like Trump (Trump U settlement anyone?) would do anything to make an organization less corrupt.

I'm not saying that justice will be served. I think there is a political machine in place to cover these exact types of crimes. It doesn't mean that it didn't happen, and it doesn't mean that the people that did it weren't incredibly sloppy because they thought Clinton would win and that the would never be exposed. There is no way to look at the totality of evidence that we currently have and say that no crimes took place, and that the last admin and former IC wasn't weaponized against 1 candidate. People sniffed out the crime nearly a year ago, everyone laughed and called it conspiracy. Now all of the pieces are coming into place and people just refuse to acknowledge it. Even if indictments did come from it, people would just say it is trump being political and there is nothing to see here.

When you can't argue facts, you diminish them or avoid them all together. Just like everyone else in this thread. Just admit it.

What exactly do you want me admit? I’ve never said that there was no wrongdoing. I just claim that in the grand scheme of things it’s a nothing burger. I’ve not diminished what happened. It’s just reject that it’s the crime of the century. Your reading comprehension seems lacking.

So I lay out a timeline and plot as to what would be the biggest political scandal of the century. You can't refute it. You go as far as to say that something probably happened, but it wasn't a big deal? What do you suggest happened that wasn't a big deal. Because what I have layed out== illegal surveillance using FBI contractors, shut down by Rogers of the NSA, then immediately they shift to using the FISA court to continue their surveillance on trump... and they use this to then create a fake russian collusion narrative and hire Mueller to continue this investigation to put political pressure on trump and hopefully overthrow him as president?

And despite evidence of this, you think SOMETHING may have happened, but we wont look at where the evidence points, we will just make it point in another direction because you refuse to admit it?

Many people believe that Watergate was a huge political scandal.

If what I am saying above is true, that a political candidate worked with the sitting president's admin, as well as the top levels of the intelligence community, to spy on another candidate... that they weaponized foreign "allies" as spies to frame campaign members, that they implant their own spy into the campaign, that they lied to a FISA court, that they weaponized the media the give their story teeth and credibility, that the acting head of the DOJ overseeing the Mueller investigation offered to wear a wire and recruit cabinet members to overthrow Trump... That they created "russian collusion" to put political pressure on trump and to hopefully overthrow him...among other things...

Where does this fall on the spectrum of political scandals?

Whether or not anyone actually gets punished is beside the point. Where would you rank this? Or, if you do not believe this occurred but that some other illegal activity occurred... what do you think happened and where would you rank it?

PS. If you know of nobody other than me foaming over spygate, it's time to leave your echo chamber. We have people involved foaming (read papadapolos twitter... he is providing a ton of valuable insight into the corruption). Look at the house intel committee members pushing for interviews of the corrupt people, they are writing letters to the DOJ to get information, they are contacting the FISA court to learn more about their knowledge of the corruption... there aren't political bloggers, these are people with direct knowledge of the events that unfolded. Fox covered the scandal, the remainder of MSM ignores it, or tries to cover for it. There have been so many spin stories that have come out it's laughable. There are open investigations into it led by the IG, who hired a prosecuter (Huber), who has a grand jury empaneled. Clearly just me...

Read Qs post. He explains why he isnt in violation of the hatch act. Personally I dont care if he is. For someone that "doesnt care" you seem to be spending a lot of time trying to debunk random posts from an anonymous poster...who are you trying to convince it isnt real? Others? Or yourself?
