Thanks bro. And yes you can definitely get good bang for your buck on property outside of the city if thats your thing. I think since I grew up in the country I got enough of that to last me for a while. Maintaining 5 acres during my youth was ebola lmao

Lots of people are doing that tbh, the job market is great. If you could earn exactly what you are now in the same field, you can easily enjoy a better lifestyle with money leftover just because of the price difference. Look into it, srs.

No state income tax here lol. Also used an online calculator for that zip code and it is 2.173%. Not too crazy even though property taxes in general are theft. What can you do though.
