For you, do what I have done after two of my long term relationships ended (4 years and 8 years). Go out and hook up with other women. It helps.

I actually needed a place to live, so the day I moved out of my X's place (I left her, and hated the place, so told her I was moving out) I called this girl up that had flirted with me in the past, we went out that night, then ended up back to her place, and ended up staying there for two weeks. Free accomodations + easy access to new vag = winning the breakup.

Especially when my X bumped into me and her grocery shopping at the store together a week after we split up. The rage I caused. lmao. Was epic.
