Your genetics aren't the problem, your diet and lifts are.

What is your routine and diet like?

Your physique isn't even bad, just could use more beef.

This is the creepiest video ever but I think at least I look less fat here.

''Your genetics aren't the problem, your diet and lifts are.

LITERALLY, NO FRAUDING NO BULL****, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I EAT.

Porridge with full fat milk
Banana
4 eggs with cheese spinach tomatoes and half a bell pepper. Sometimes one slice of bread
One pack of rice, breast of chicken, loads of veg
More porridge

Looks pretty **** there written down but it's 100% clean.

You do know you need to eat in a surplus to gain muscle mass?

How long have you been lifting?

similar physiques and body types. All you can do is keep lifting and maybe eat at a slight surplus to slowly fill out more.

I think I've worked out properly since 2012(as in no going gym and just curling, actually doing compound movements etc.)

But should I be eating in a surplus? Should I try get bf down?

Don't think that's gonna happen for me jefe. 29 now so. TBF, I don't think in reality I look as bad as the mirror pictures. The video is more close to how I look although I think it actually makes my shoulders look wider than they are.

OP doesn't look that bad. Just needs more mass, especially in the back, shoulders and legs like the one poster said.

also keep in mind that being on a strict diet will work against you for growth. you need those calories. getting fat in places you don't want it? do some fukn cardio. don't make your diet suffer because you don't want to work more.

Yeah if you haven't bulked since 2012 you've been doing it very wrong. You won't grow or fill out if you're in a constant deficit man. Looking at where you are, bulk for about 8-10 months and shoot for a total gain of 20-25 lbs.

Can you get your back while being able to do only 3 plates DL and 140lbs BB rows? Strength has a direct correlation to hypertrophy.
Just read your sig lel, when I ask for lifting numbers I'm not necessarily asking for 1 RM's, because like you say who cares, I want to know his working sets.

Yes and no. If deadlifts are your main back thickness exercises, then you better get strong on them.

My deadlift is **** because I've neglected it in recent years, but found other ways to grow.

I stopped being a bitch tho and just started deadlifts again. Measly 315 working sets to start LOL

just jump on some cell tech by optiminum nutrition.

You will gain you size and mass very quickly and when you are done, you will have reached your natural limits.

is this a roll bread? I expected to see either a thread showing good vs bad genetics, instead we get a couple pics and a gif of a young guy who looks pretty lean, decent enough frame and fair enough size in his upper body that serves as a good point to move forward from.

This is either a roll bread seeking to make the misc paranoid about themselves by lamenting non-existing problems, or is a thread by someone who's got some serious body dysmorphia.

Your genetics aren't bad, you fking idiot. You look average as hell. Maybe slightly above average. Go on a diet at maintenance or 200cals over with an emphasis on high protein 1g/lb bw and get on a program consisting primarily of compound exercises. Focus on getting stronger and you will get where you wanna be. Good luck.

Never mind. I see the problem now. Everything changed in 2012. You have to try the new method to get aesthetic if you started after that.

Guys, just had a great great back workout. I think I've pussyfooted around for too long, like earlier poster said 9 sets for back, just going through the motions. I cranked out 18 sets today. Felt great tbh. Maybe it was a good idea I made this thread. I'll bump it in January with some updates.
