When I first opened that picture i thought "what does he mean.. He looks like a normal dude.." and then I read the description of yourself pointing out all of the negatives so I opened the picture a second time, and they were indeed present.
But not until you pointed them out.
You sound very negative. Change your mindset and stop worrying about what other people think. You look average at worst. Eat healthier and lift more bro, whining isn't gonna do chit. What would Zyzz do?

That's so weird isn't how it works. Just shows, you just have to better yourself but at same time always have a degree of contentment. Anybody can have a flaw if you look close enough. My diet is great, I need to probably eat slightly more and work out harder.
Anyway, I reacted positive to the thread and went and did my workout. At least I know I can make improvements by upping my intensity.

It's literally all about hormones. Why does cell-tech work? Hormones. Why can't women ever get jacked? Hormones. Why are some guys muscular without lifting? Hormones.

You need to lift more OP. You lack developed muscle mass.
But I agree genetics is everything tho. One of my friends has some insane muscle insertions/bellies on top of having thin skin. His muscles look so much more fuller than mine and we are nearly around the same weight/height/stats/

You really don't look bad OP, definitly not the skinny fat I had in mind, maybe lifting isn't for you ? start doing a legit martial art and see if you like it, you will get the body you want AND become a mean killer.

How can someone be skinny and fat at the same time?
Seriously, I struck the genetic lottery
Sloped narrow shoulders and narrow clavicles-Check
Puffy nipples-Check
Large ribcage with a small frame-check
U probably cant make it out but there's a line under my chest where I had a bone protrude from for the first few months of my life.
It's just demoralising. Should I just cut?(Cut to what?)

I have nearly the same physique and it hasn't changed in 9 years. It's like after the first 2 years of lifting you just can't gain much as a natty and you are stuck with what you got. I have the same problem with small arms too they just won't grow
I don't have any vascularity either like unless i get really lean which is chit

It's uncanny how similar our body's look op.
I train for years, tried every workout under the sun, every diet, bulk, cut, high intensity, low intensity, etc. Chit just doensn't work. Like you and some other guy above me said, i'm 99 % certain it's genetics, and hormones to be precise.
Only other possible explanation is the not lifting hard enough argument. I can say I lift, for what I feel is hard for me (at least I did), but I can't be sure if it's hard enough per se. Compared to bodybuilders/athletes, I probably don't. Compared to other people in the gym, friends I train with for years as well (which do the same as me), I do. But then how come those friends have much better results than me? Genetics.
Truth be told, the last few years I don't lift that hard anymore. Reasons being that I don't see any difference anyway. Why do all that work for no noticable extra gains? Who knows maybe ill train with some athlete type of guy one day and he will prove me wrong, but until that time i'm ok doing what I do now.

Typically skip leg day myself, but I do squat. Before, I was apprehensive to squat heavy because of knee injuries in hockey. Over the last few weeks I have been adding weight each session and I really enjoy the core work out and my knee pain is not as bad as it used to be.

The biggest problem I notice with my physique is my lower back. Let me explain, you ever see guys and the tailbone of their back is very obvious, mine isn't at all, my lower back indents inwards, I also don't have enough length to the lower half of my back, it curves out, rather than in. It's just how it is,but I'm defo gonna try upping the number of sets per bodypart for the next month.
