You're wrong. Also the misc doesn't really understand nutrition I don't think. You can be really healthy and not have a shredded 6 pack.

Yep. I try to progressive overload but plateau because not eating enough. I'm paranoid about being fat.

I have the same problem where i get a decent bench but i get too heavy. I can't ever get stronger without putting on significant weight over the course of several months

I just posted two world class athletes who have incredible endurance who don't have absolutely jaw dropping physiques. My training must be wrong, coolicada wasn't sufficent, should have been doing more movements.

It’s not about test or genetics, it’s about body fat and discipline. I have possibly zero testosterone and more defined musculature (with gym pump anyway) and I’m way old
Go look at video I posted. I haven't a pick on me. I have a bit of a protruding stomach sometimes because of my ribcage but hardly any fat. I posted a pic on last page, my arm is full veins, it's very unlikely you'd have that at a high bodyfat

This is Bodybuilding.com and not Marathonguys.com

Whatever floats your boat but saying your physique is chit because of "genetics" is major COPE

tbh mate, it's training. I thought that by doing a few weighted pull ups and some other compounds that was sufficient. When you actually critique it, I could probably look a bit better with maybe a less sloped chest(genetics) but I pretty much look like how I've trained and ate to look. I actually trained to not look like a bodybuilder and I've ended up like Nadal above(he has a better core probably because he hits it more often)

I'm 154 pounds(I think, no access to a scales last while) and 5'8''.

For as low body fat and as long as you have been on here, I am surprised you have basically no ab definition and arms. You need to be adding weight to the bar, even if you aren't bulking. Push yourself. Even if it is every other week adding 5lbs. Even if you struggle, you have to do it. Forget the "can't gain strength" on a cut talk. Just try it and push through.

You need to eat more protein brah. You aren't fat you are just lacking in muscle mass. Clean bulk.

Yeah mate that's it. No Progressive overload on a lot of lifts is what it boils down to. I honestly had such a horrid body as a teen so I did make progress but I think I stalled around 2015 when I started following kino****ingbody.

Don't be afraid of fat gain either. As long as you are putting in maximum effort each session and increasing lifts and not eating 3000 calories every day, you should be good man.

Scared ****less to be fat is pretty much it. Hopefully by eating more I'll notice my lifts fly up.

Is this bad, if so could you edit it. Just some little amendments.

I had 3 weetabix and a banana for breakfast with full fat milk

2 mandarin oranges

Then I came home at 1 and had a 4 egg omelette with cheese, tomatoes, a bell pepper and spinach with a slice of bread.

Before gym I had a breast of chicken in a sandwich, again some mixed salad and cheese.

Dinner. Tuna, full bag of rice, broc**** and carrots

2 weetabix and banana with milk before bed.

I'd normally go for oats over weetabix(don't think it's in america)

Since I made this thread, I really changed the way I work out, subtle changes but just making more of a concerted effort to push myself....one extra rep, increasing weight when I otherwise wouldn't have, hitting legs and core hard. Eating more actually seems to be making me looking leaner, at least without a shirt on. I am a bit screwed by my ribcage(some angles if I don't keep core tight it can look like I have a beer belly when shirtless) but it's not that bad.

Good thing is I used to hit legs quite a lot so my numbers went up really quick. I neglected them for too long.

Congrats on having a spider body, OP.

That straight body... those twig limbs... that plump abdomen full of mushy mushy
