Mix Pre- Wo and get stuff together, (clothes etc packed night before). Drink coffee until its time to go mix pre- wo and start drinking that at 5am when I start training. Then I'm carried by coffee until the Pre-WO kicks in and that's usually about the time I'm warmed up and hitting my hard stuff. The biggest thing for me that improved morning training was unfortunately the extra time between waking up and training. If I just wake up and go I notice performance decreases across the board. Not sure if its CNS related or what...YMMV. I usually go to bed early (8pm) except Tues and Thurs nights I have Jujitsu and don't get to bed until around 10pm. I take lunch naps on Wed and Friold guys that lift early morning, what does your morning look like? do you eat before or after lifting? caffeine/PWO?

I shot at the range yesterday with an old co-worker. I shot a 7mm bolt action rifle that had a REALLY nice kick. I have a bruised rib right now lol so it was even more profound.
I finally shot my Glock with my TLR7 light and realized how useless the strobe feature was for my needs. In the heat of the moment you could accidentally turn the strobe feature on as well. I decided to reprogram my light to just use a regular light instead.
I also realized that training with a light certainly adds an extra step and it would be something I would have to train should I carry with a weapon light. Right now I'm designating it for home defense.
Also an issue I had with last time I shot a few weeks back where my 9mm casings were getting stuck in the slide lock, that was definitely problem with the ammo I was using. I thought it was with the heavier Ghost connector and spring I added so that's good.

Old guys get stiff and sore but a good workout early warms everything up and smooths everything out. And **** has a way of coming up during the day to mess up training

Tim from MAC went down to tactical respanse to run a torture test on a century arms VSKA AK47. James was hyping century arms up as the best AK47 (Made in MURICA) and they sent 1500 rounds through it and it ****ed up bad. MAC was saying "i've seen AK's with 50,000 rounds through it that has less wear than this gun does at 1500" and all of a sudden james face turned red and he stumbled/mumbled wasn't sure what to say.
Right when they were looking at the cosmetics, how well it held up, Don numbers was holding the AK up by the spot where the wood cracked to hide it from Tim. Tim caught it and Don's face turned purple-red

Farley (or anyone else with TS Prime):
How much are these with prime?

https://www.targetsportsusa.com/wolf...59-p-4316.aspx
https://www.targetsportsusa.com/spee...51-p-1094.aspx
Target Sports should show the Prime price for everyone. I think it would make more people sign up if they knew up front how much they could save.
