Then I'm carried by coffee until the Pre-WO kicks in and that's usually about the time I'm warmed up and hitting my hard stuff. The biggest thing for me that improved morning training was unfortunately the extra time between waking up and training. If I just wake up and go I notice performance decreases across the board. Not sure if its CNS related or what...YMMV. I usually go to bed early (8pm) except Tues and Thurs nights I have Jujitsu and don't get to bed until around 10pm. I take lunch naps on Wed and Fri

nice effort, fellas. Some days I'm in to work at 5:30 a.m. 7 a.m. the other days. With lifting in my basement it's pretty easy to get in a workout after I get home from work, but I can see hitting the gym early being beneficial or fitting into a schedule well.

Where at? I didn’t go this year, and without fail the property we go to pulled 4 or 5 deer including 2 really nice bucks and a massive doe. Next year I’ll go and there won’t be anything.
Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

Performance and performance alone dictates the predator in any food chain.

Morning lads.

Handful more hours and off for a long weekend. Looks like snow in the forecast for Saturday/Sunday - which will be like 4 weekends in a row, so that's nice and chitty.

Pls snow during the week so I can just stay home and work from there.

Doctors appointment this afternoon. Consult for vasectomy. Don't like hospitals or doctors offices as it is. Not liking the idea of sharp objects cutting me while I'm awake even more.

Couldn't find a doctor even remotely close to me who would do that since the procedure literally only takes like 15 minutes. I'm 100% over the idea of my balls being cut into. I don't really care. I don't like the idea of being cut on ANYWHERE while I'm awake for it.

Had a couple surgeries that involved cutting with just local. You'll feel the occasional pinch but it doesn't really feel like pain per se. The part that bothered me the most was feeling the pressure as they were tugging the stitches tight. That was...uncomfortable.

Went to zero my slug gun and it groups like chit off a rest (6" at 25) with Hornady SSTs. I'll bring my 590 with 1 oz rifled slugs instead. More versatile with federal flight control for close shots and slugs for longer shots.
