Almost just fkn lost it. Was FaceTiming with some sloot I met on a dating site. After the call I surfed Pornhub for a bit watching short videos edging myself. Almost blew it but somehow at the last moment I just jumped up and took a walk.

Day 19

It’s kinda embarrassing but had a wet dream last night it was so painful it woke me out of my sleep. Was super weird. It never hurt like that ever. Was probably due to blue balls I got edging myself while FaceTiming some sloot I met on tinder earlier that night. Took a shower went back to bed.

I overall have a better mood.

When I watched porn I would go through bouts of depression throughout the day so bad I couldnt be productive. I’d literally just waste time in between porn sessions feeling sad and eating until I could fap again. Anything productive I did do felt forced and my focus was split between it and thinking about porn and how I’m not fcking chicks.

It was legit like I couldn’t see the opportunity around me to better myself.

If I masturbated before I went to sleep, I would wake up late and wake up sad.

Since day 3 of no fap the latest I’ve woken up is 9 with the average being 7 and everytime I’m in a good to neutral mood.


Looking back it’s obvious porn was doing this to me but in the midst of it porn and masturbation was the cure to the symptoms it caused. It’s literally a drug. You really don’t need it. At all.

I’m starting to think this low libido is the natural state of men. Think about it. How strange is it that you’re getting a boner alone in your room from a picture or a thought in your mind instead of a real woman? Your body is being turned on by oixels on a screen instead of a real life woman you can smell, touch, talk to, and vibe with. You’re being manipulated.
