I don't agree with everything wincel says but I think he provides good insight into a lot of things as well as an interesting alternative position or view. Despite his strange opinion on that guy's unfortunate passing, I don't think that makes him scumbag... just uncompassionate. For the record I think it's tragic that those kids aren't going to have their father growing up, I don't know what I would've done without mine.

FYI I have plenty of compassion for his children who will now grow up without a father. I said I had no sympathy for him, and I stand by that. He had a great life, and his family must be proud of him. He fulfilled his genetic purpose and fathered 6 kids. He had a successful career and attained a decent amount of wealth. I like how I get singled out for being mean when other users said it was their chit music that gave him cancer just lol.

You all label me scum, but you cannot explain WHY what I am saying is so wrong, can you? CAN YOU BRO?

Reproduction literally is the purpose of life. No, really, it is. What are the two things that ALL lifeforms on this planet do? They grow, and they replicate. Period. That is what life is all about. Life isn't about feels, accomplishments, etc. Life isn't about sex either. (But you can see why having a strong drive to have sex might be beneficial to a sexually reproducing lifeform.) It's about reproduction and survival. Plain and simple. And that's not an FA POV. That's a biology POV.

I am not a sociopath. If I were, I'd be virtue signaling like the rest of you.

At what point has a person lived "long enough"? What is the metric by which you judge a life as complete? Because I judge it the same way nature does: Did the person reproduce and will his kids survive to reproductive age? If so, he succeeded. If you love your life, it makes sense that you would want to live as long as possible, but really, we evolved death. We don't normally die of trauma. We are not biologically immortal. We age and die in a relatively controlled manner. We evolved the lifespan we have. It is detrimental for you to live a whole lot longer. You wouldn't want to compete with your own offspring for mates and resources would you? There are trees that clonally reproduce and have existed for 80,000 years.
