To an average person, it's that simple. Sorry that all your extra hours in the gym and dieting pain doesn't distinguish you more for the typical woman.

Look at it this way guys. Even the women on this forum think you go overboard with your requirements for what qualifies as a good physique.

And these are the sub-category of women that are on a male dominated BODYBUILDING forum, and are more into muscle/physique.

Now imagine what the AVERAGE woman thinks.

Your right. But thankfully I'm really only interested in fit chicks and women into health/fitness. Now that I'm getting older I drastically prefer women that are health/fitness conscious as a life-style.


Unless a woman has insanely good genetics she's going to look sloppy by the time she's 25-28. Not even talking about glow just talking about saggy/loose skin, cellulite, etc.

It depends how "into" fitness she is. If it's ~ my own level or a bit lower that's good i.e. recreational, but will still have fun, be social, eat whatever, have a few beers. If she's one of those fitness competitors, 99% of the time she's gonna come packaged with ED's and other esteem issues (based on my own experience in the bodybuilding world).

So overall I don't have a preference for women that are into fitness as a lifestyle, but do prefer those that exercise regularly.

8 plus women in their 20s tend to be the 8 plus girls in their 40s and 50s.

I understand the appeal, srs. I got more girls at 20% than I did at 12% bf, but I also played sports so maybe that had something to do with it. Most likely not.

We had charts per position in College and optimal for a lineman was 16% and if you hit 25% they would put you on a program.

actually women don't even care about muscles either, all women care about physically is that number one he has a sturdy strong jaw and not a twink neck and then all they care about after that is just that you have really nice muscle definition. And that goes along with having a sculpted six pack that is a perfect six pack even when you're not flexing. If you have a bunch of muscle butt your gut Flora sucks and your belly is protruding after a big meal then you're not that well-defined guy that she likes. She don't care if he's a hundred 30 lb or 230 lb, as long as he has that perfect muscle definition is all that matters to her. And if you have 14 inch arms then so be it. But as long as you have perfect separation between deltoids triceps and biceps then she don't care how big or small your arms are.
