Day 20.

I’m gonna finish out this month of nofap but here’s what I’ve gathered so far and why I will fap after dec 1st..


I will continue no porn as long as I can but no fapping entirely has left me just as on edge in a sense as watching porn.

The first couple of days I saw a noticeable increase in focus and aggressiveness but as week 1 passed, my sex drive has been almost non existent the whole month. If anything this experience taught me thatfapping is a small, very small part of my life and it’s definitely not something I need to do.

I will continue to fap every 3 days or so because that seems to be the best balance for me before I see a dip in my sex drive, or loss in focus.

I failed last Sunday night.


-Our for dinner with some friends, having some drinks
-Come home around 8pm, a little buzzed, bang one out with the girlfriend
-Lay in bed, watch tv till we fall asleep around 10.
-I wake up around 11:30 with a raging bonrar
-Long story short, I go into the bathroom and take care of it
-Gf never even rolls over in the bed.

I made it 18 days. I cant do it, even with having sex 3-4 times/week.

But to be fair, it was my birthday so...............

Honestly brothers, you should stop watching pr0n for sure, but to deny yourself release is a problem which is as counter-productive as you've been convinced fapping to be. On day 61. Feel proud as this is my longest stint in around 26 months!
