I find the harder you thirst trap for positive feedback, the less you're going to get. You're lucky you got any at all.

I don't mind constructive feedback and I took a lot of the feedback and used it to change my workouts. As per my last post, I think I made good progress in a couple of weeks. Comments like the ****ing spider body are just mean spirited. I literally came on here bemoaning my body type, looking for some motivation because I'd been going to the gym really hard over previous 2 months. I know I have narrow clavicles and a boxy torso. I neglected arms because I thought doing pull ups was sufficient and also that on my short t-rex arms that big biceps would look stupid.

Sometimes you need some positive affirmation to keep you on the right track.

I looked literally almost exactly like you when I started lifting. Same shoulder type and everything.

Now my shoulders are the main thing I get complimented on.

Just put your head down and work for a while my man. Then reassess.
Hey you, Hey you, This won't hurt a bit.

Says who? Says who? Anesthetize this bitch.

I've been going to the gym way longer than 2 months. Anyway I've always been so scared to get fat that I never upped my food intake. I feel I look leaner now than before. I'm eating more and I'm finding my lifts are going up so easy.

https://imgur.com/a/t5olp5dLook good here imo. If I can widen my shoulders a little and get a bit of a V going on in core , I'd be happy enough. I don't think I have small shoulders though, I just think they start too far in and are too sloped. I'm not strong on shoulders, but I'm not weak either so doesn't make sense that they don't pop out more. I do incline presses of 60kg for 5 reps which isn't too shabby.

Negging on recharge.

Strong embed skills too, OP
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. They are ruthless and you need to spend some more time in the gutter to even begin trying to comprehend what goes on in their minds."

Sorry I was very salty before but honestly I think you guys discount genetics. TBH, depending on what I wear my body looks different. When I wear shorts with a tight waist I look much blockier. I get very worked up by the comments about 'never worked out a day in life' because the muscle I'd have to put on to offset that blocky physique is too much, I would look very very stupid with that level of muscle, it's not a look I want. I'd prefer to look better with clothes on. And it's not complaining because I literally go out and work out 5 days a week in spite of this. That's why the comments about my physique I take to heart because that's how I was born, if I could choose, I'd have a longer slender body. I got given a good face though so I'll take it.

are u retarded? It's nothing alike. We're pushed an idea of what male 'beauty'(for want of a better term) is. The problem is healthy doesn't necessarily mean good in a physical sense. I guarantee, I'm fitter than most of you on this thread, but then that depends how you define 'fitter' I suppose. I feel strong, I feel athletic, I have energy, just my bodtype doesn't correspond to the male 'ideal' of what fitness and health looks like. And don't say it's bodybuilding.com....it's 2018, most people don't go to the gym to look like ronnie ****ing coleman

*I was gonna edit out 'most'..stupid comment, no way of knowing that but based on what I see in the gym, I do a lot more physically taxing and demanding movements than guys who look better.

Its not genetics, you have said yourself 10 times in this thread already you dont eat enough. How the fuk are you going to build muscle on a deficit or maintenence?

You need to eat and work a consistent good program that progressively overloads your lifts, which you have admitted you aren't doing.

Also stop getting salty about the way you look. You asked why you look looked like chit, yet claim you dont want to look good anyway, cos athletes dont look good. Proper athletes, not marathon runners, have good physiques. Literally no one cares if someone can run 100 miles.

See I don't know if this is the Misc skewed perception on what looks good. Would you say David Beckham's body is 'chit'?
