Your best pics are of you smiling showing teeth. The other two look like you are forcing a grin and they look unnatural. The scruff suit pic you look sweaty and drunk. The other pic you look like Michael Scott, and theres pink tint on your face. I'd drop those two pics, then:

1. Put sweater pic as #1. This is the money shot and your best pic.

2. Take mirror selfie wearing suit/tie or button up with blazer. Don't look straight at the mirror/camera. Turn your head a little more to the side like a profile angle to show your jawline. All your pics are pretty much straight angles. Also can show broad shoulders/v taper if you stand straight and twist a bit. Pic should be mid/top theigh up.
Use a mirror in a room or bathroom that doesn't have noise in the background. No shower curtains, toilet stalls, mediocre kitchen cabinets, craigslist furniture etc...none of that should be in the pic. Only you and a clean wall behind you. If the wall is white/light beige, wear colored shirt tie whatever. If the wall is colored wear black or dark and white. Starbucks has great bathrooms for this shot. I think you look better with less facial hair like in the sweater pic (no homo) so run with that for this pic. You want to give off a charming and professional vibe with this pic.

3. If you have at least a four pack, muscle definition in your arms/shoulders/chest you need a shirtless pic. Ideally on the beach or somewhere out doors. Someone needs to take this pic of you. From shin/knees up. You need to flex but not make it look like your flexing. Just to show abs/muscle definition. Stand up straight. This is an alpha or athletic vibe pic. Shave chest hair if you're super hairy. If you have the physique described above but can't get this pic cuz November/don't have one. Take a mirror selfie. Body position similar to the suit selfie. You want to show v taper, broad shoulders, 4 pack, muscle definition in chest and arms. Here's the thing. A beach pic is kinda normal to be shirtless. An indoor mirror selfie is not. So you are showing 1 main thing in this pic. Sex appeal. Could try the scruff. But shave neck to under jawline. Could go super sexy and wear undies showing bulge but that's hard to pull off. Pic from knees/groin up. Could maybe wear a hat to look more aggressive. Follow similar backdrop rules as suit pic. Minimize noise to nothing. Use a different mirror/background tho...but background needs to be a plain colored wall.

What guys need to understand is that girls are looking for whats wrong with you, not whats right. You have a toilet seat showing? Left swipe. You have a dingy walmart shower curtain behind you? No reply to opener. You have a dirty ass mirror and go aggressive/direct? Reported. The alternative to keeping a simple background for selfies...is showing a real classy one. Like if your bathroom has a tiled shower with modern glass door instead of curtain you can get away with it. Or if your toilet is next to a jacuzzi...girls will overlook the toilet and focus on the jacuzzi so that can pass. You can try for a more serious/emotionless face in this pic. Or go flirtatious smile like you know you look good.

You need to take dozens if not hundreds of pics to get the top selfie pics Im describing above. You need to look closely at them. One might show your abs more but your arm looks weak. So take it again and flex your arm more. Choose the top ones. Play with the contrast, lighting, color etc so it pops. If you don't have 4 pack wear a tank top.

4. Use pic with bomber jacket/other dude. - decent pic of you. What's good about this pic is it gives off a nice guy vibe which is in total contrast from the pic in the sweater where your vibe is a playboy/shark. Vibe contrast is good imo. Showing different sides of your personality traits/story is good. What I don't like about it is you look too average. Not aesthetically. The vibe. Keep it for now.

5. Outdoor pic. Skiing, camping, hiking. Doesn't have to be a great shot of you. Could be just your back while your sitting on a rock ledge enjoying the view. This pic shows you go out and do things. Could also be travel pic in exotic location.

6. Pic with female - serious debate about weather this pic helps or hurts. Ive kept at least 1 in rotation for years. Girl has to be 7+ range. If she has a nice body but ugly face scribble over her face which also says "shes my ex"...

Also whats your profile say? Couldn't make it out. Something about Italian food? Profile needs to be short witty and cheeky, summarizing the vibes you display in your pics. If you are 6' or higher your height should be the first thing in your bio. If you're 5'10-5'11 round up to 6'.

Tl:dr two teeth smile pics puts you in top 25-30%. Two other pics drops you down top 35-40%. You could probably improve results by dropping those two pics, keeping the best two and changing your bio. Then add the other pics I suggest. Those two selfies you can add this weekend and report back.

Question to all - what's your strategy for getting less flakes? I have solid success and get a good share of dates (1-2 per week) but sometimes one or two will flake on the weekend. I've thought about scheduling two girls for one night and then going with my best option, but I feel like that's kinda a dick move. Would appreciate any advice.

Find a reason to text at least every other day between the time you make plans to the plans themselves. One thing I do is usually not say a time when we make plans. Then day before I can be like "I realized we never set a time for tomorrow, hows 8:30?" Confirms plans without coming off as needy.

I only stack dates if I'm getting a really strong flake vibe. And usually when I do, I'm right, so it doesn't actually work out lol. Last Saturday I either had plans or was making plans with 3 girls, all seemed kind of flaky, all flaked. If the plans seem solid, I won't do that. Occasionally get burnt, but not enough that I'm willing to be a dick and do that.
