Yeah, I need to 86 mines and get something a lot beefier to accommodate my frame....A lifted dually might do the trick.

While a good rib can surely be "enough", no one can say no to adding in some delicious pulled pork to fill out the meal. Or maybe even some chicken - honestly I think I tend to still throw on a chicken or a few with every meal I make on the smoker.

I checked out a couple pistols at the counter today.

P10C: Quality control problem maybe? Pull trigger all the way to the rear, wait what felt like a full second, thenstriker goes. Wait what? Tried it several times, same thing every time, trigger hits end of travel to rear, wait a second, then 'fires'. What is that? The FDE with the orange front sight looked good online, but that is a tiny ****ing front sight, I'd have to replace it anyway. Grip texture okay, ergos okay.

M&P 2.0 Compact: That trigger break is really far to the rear. With one hand, my trigger finger runs into my thumb around the break point...only gun I have like that is the little bitty Walther P22. When I first pulled on the trigger I started thinking, wait, is this a magazine disconnect safety with a dead trigger? Because I pulled it so far and had yet to feel any resistance. The right side slide stop is basically just there for looks, it's not usable. Way too stiff to actually activate. Even the left side slide stop is very small and stiff, it's tedious even to lock the slide back administratively. "Forward serrations" are more of a joke than the right side slide stop, totally useless, why even bother putting them there? Grip texture really good, finally an aggressive grip texture from the factory. Points a little high compared to Glock and VP, which means it's wrong, but with use I'm sure people adjust to whatever they shoot pointing naturally. FINALLY somebody matched the Glock 19 for exterior dimensions + capacity + barrel length though, that's solid. The other "compacts", or 4" barrels, or 15+1 capacities, are closer to G17 in size...they aren't fooling anybody. Price seems good, but then the $180 apex flat face forward set trigger is apparently required so it ends up costing more lol.

Worst factory trigger from a major manufacturer I've ever tried. Didn't bother trying the one next to it, not going to act like I'm buying a Sig and need to try all of the triggers first for the double click or whatthe**** ever these manufacturers are putting out lol

in b4 farley was browsing around at Omaha Outdoors. in b4 they'll have a few P10c's on hand and they do the "user induced malfunction" to all their CZ's out on the show floor lol

If it was doing that then someone at his LGS fuked with it. Every CZ is test fired at the factory and they wouldn’t let it go out that way.

One of the contenders offers the actual dimensions, capacity, and barrel length of a G19...plusthe aftermarket support of a major manufacturer's basic design being out there for a decade plus. Plenty of holsters and sights and mag sources, etc. They aren't short barrel shotguns anymore, right? $401 shipped and transferred...not bad. Only 2 mags included, but, can be found for $23 for factory (mec gar makes em right?)

Like I said, purchase price seems good till you realize the $185 shipped aftermarket trigger is required. My understanding is that it takes another lb of the trigger pull too

Depending on springs used you can achieve everything from roughly 3 to 4.5-5lbs.
