Cut Version 20.98325 (srs)
Alright time to work off the summer bulk.
I'm easing into my cut. Over the next 4 days I will be getting into full on keto again. Matter of fact I will probably do my radical diet from 8 years ago that work better than anything else I've seen although I worry that it crashes my hormones. That diet is basically low carb and low-fat so my body is forced to use fat that it has because I deprive it
dietarily.
I weighed 215 Friday morning.
Here we go. No bullchitting ITT.
But helpful answers to questions always welcomed.
I will be keeping an exercise and diet log in here.

If you don't lift, and don't have any muscle mass, is it still called a cut? I think that it would qualify more as a diet than a cut.

A low fat low carb diet...
isn't that the diet that all the people who DON'T get shredded go on?
fats are essential for making sure your hormones stay alright and keeps you feeling sane in my opinion. you're already pretty old, no need to fuk your hormones any further.

Correction I gained 4lbs of mass but wound up at a 2lb gain.
But went from 22% 11/24 to 16.5% by mid January

Good luck OP! You'd probably feel better with a more varied diet though.
But every one has their preferences so whatever diet you can stick to will be good.
What's your daily activity like? At your weight you could lose 2 pounds a week without risking much muscle loss I'd guess.
