2. I make an alternative suggestion, rather than eating like that, instead he could try IF, fasting then feasting.
3. At this point I must speculate, but I can only assume as you were reading my post you had your thumbs right up your arsehole. Just shoved up there super tight, the way you like it.
4. One assumes you then remove your thumb, or thumbs, from your arsehole, because you're a stupid sick **** you then smell one of both of them and, realizing what you are doing, then dart around looking to see if anyone saw your shameful act.
5. Having done your ass-thumb smelling ritual, and we safely assume you do this before every awful post you make, you then replied to me with a gif followed by whatever stupid chit you then went on about.
... so, to restate, my suggestion was a diet technique and only a real stupid ass-smelling goofball would think it is reasonable to compare the diet one has when trying to lose massive weight to a normal "decent" diet (like you did)
Otherwise, I agree, OP and anyone else trying to gain or lose weight or just be healthy in general should focus on quality nutrient-dense foods and not the more garbage-looking foods we've seen pictures of throughout this thread.
Oh and one more think, Mr. No-Avi, what makes you possibly think anyone cares about what any No-Avi like yourself thinks? You might as well be red in these kinds of threads, brother. Stick to making gifs and leave the real discussions to the adults who actually train. Your butthurt very aggressive response tells us all we need to know about the condition of your physique there, buddy boy.
Not good.

1) Your suggestion was sht.
2) Your posts have all been sht.
3) Keep thinking anything you have been rambling about is relevant.
4) Stay rustled.

No I'm starting around 2k to 2100 but I'm below that for the week. I'll probably end up down 3 lbs in the first week.

Have you been keeping it up? Are you that strong right now?
You're taking a bit of a beating throughout this thread, but IMO it's pretty cool that someone in their 40s still hits the gym. We're all going to get old someday. I think if you cleaned up your diet and stopped eating processed junk you'd be killing it.
I do want to bring up something from back on page 1, but at your age, going low calorie and low fat... keep an eye on your junk. If it stops being responsive, time to rethink your gameplan. Fats are the building blocks for hormones, ones we make less and less of as we age, don't double-down on that one.

Please try not to answer with a gif, if you are capable.
For one person grinding away day after day in restriction could lead to quitting.
For another person the fasting days might suck, but it could be that the feast days actually trigger them to just keep on eating.
Less likely if the feast days are good quality food vs. binge triggering crap.
Every other day, or a restricted eating window works really well for some people. Just anecdotal, but it seems like men do better with EOD or very restricted eating window, while women do better with a longer eating window.
For me, if I'm on good behavior:
- no breakfast/just coffee until at least 11 am
- first meal protein/non-starchy veg/some fat
- second meal whatever as long as there is some protein...maybe fruit or yogurt in the time frame
- evenings...time for starchy vegetables/complex carbs
Or, IOW, at least 2-3 servings of good protein, 2-3 servings non-starchy veg, then other stuff- a little of this, a little of that.

Your strong like someone that lifts and have a big frame but you don't look like you've ever been in a gym. Not an insult, just an observation. If you were more consistent with nutrition and only lifted 2 or 3 days per week consistently/with intensity you'd probably have better results then half azzing it in the gym often, but with terrible nutrition.
Literally every IFBB pro/everyone in the industry that has had success talks about the importance of 3 meals. Breakfast, pre workout meal and post workout meal. Whatever your eating for your meals don't have the nutrients you need to build muscle. IMO its better to build muscle so you don't have to eat like a bird with all your effort on losing fat.

Intermittent Fasting is definitely the easiest dieting protocol to follow.
5pm and only had 600 calories today lol. Have about 1600 calories left to eat if I want to but can probably feel completely fine with a couple of protein shakes tonight (Ghost Protein tastes good as fuk, hnghhh Fruity Cereal Milk, Blueberry Pastry, Peanut Butter Cereal Milk) and end at 1200-1500. Seems that's what I do 4 days a week and the others I'm closer to 2300. Seems to be working good, down 7 or 8 pounds this month from 202 @ 6'0 to 194.
Cutting is pretty simple especially if you can ignore the liar in your head saying you're starving and HAVE to eat. BRB drink a diet cherry Pepsi or some flavored sparkling water and the hunger disappears.

Yes I was 15% do you not think universities have accurate ways to measure their student athletes?
I probably would have to hit 11% to see abs

If you eat dinner at 7 and don't eat breakfast till 830 or 9 the next morning that's a 14hr fast.

Very light legs, OP.
Would recommend adding at least another motion into the mix (if you dont already)
Also, list weights that you used during the exercise to help keep track of your progress

Would recommend adding at least another motion into the mix (if you dont already)
Also, list weights that you used during the exercise to help keep track of your progress

I'm easing back into legs. I've had trouble with my knees getting jacked up if I do too much too soon. I depend on my body to work so I have to be careful.
Eventually it will be squat press or squat machine 3x8 with the leg extensions and curls.
Legs really don't mean much to women so they are low priority for me other than the fact that they raise total bmr.

Leg Press/Squat press or some variation of that would be good to add. Take it at the speed your body allows you to.
The rock it machines dont have numbers on them tho?

2x30 seconds planks.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Heck I know it seems strange but the hammer strength chest press at my main location is lighter than the same machine slightly different model across town so I will post numbers but they might not jive.
Today leg extensions 115 leg curls 90.
