A big part of that is the pulley system.
The number means nothing, but it can be a useful metric of progress. Ie; you did x amount of reps at y weight but next week you managed to do the same amount of reps at z weight. Now you know you made progress.

I'm 51 so age isn't an excuse.
For example yesterday I did:
Decline bench press 6 x 10 with each set followed by a left and right single arm side decline press 6 x 10
4 x 10 regular bench press 250 pounds
5 x 10 incline DB press 90 pds
4 x 10 scoops
5 x 10 incline DB flies
3 x 10 dips
5 x 10 tricep skulls
4 x 10 tricep pull down
5 x 10 tricep push down with each set followed by 5 x 10 overhead tricep pull over
That is 52 sets, all done in an hour. Not trying to rag on you but you are doing what....14 sets????

That is genetic.....hard to change that. But I will say your diet is not good. Lots of processed foods.

I don't think I could do that. That's very impressive. You lift 6 days a week like that?

No gray hairs yet. Part of it is genetics, part of it is working out, and a big part of it is I take 20 grams of vit C and about 8-10 grams a day of lysine/proline. Great for men and collagen production.

Usually 4-5 days a week.
It really is something that you get used to. I'm sure you could as well. I don't power lift so I do lots of drop sets and triple drop sets as well. Kind of like a cardio workout within a lifting workout. Just have to get used to it but I rarely rest more than 10-20 seconds between sets and no rest if I do drops. I like to work up a good sweat and really feel my heart beat when lifting.
I remember a cop friend of mine, has a body similar to yours, pretty strong like you as well. He worked out with me once and had to take the next 3 days off of work because he couldn't get out of bed lol.

Honestly aware me on processed food.
If it's only about calories and macros what difference does it make?
But steak, chicken, ground beef aren't processed
The frozen dinners are gone.

I really try to avoid it although I do drink 2-3 times a week (vodka mixed with green tea and gatorade and a vit c supplement mix only) and enjoy fast food as much as anyone. Usually only on the weekends.
I really believe the large vit C is a huge anti oxidant and helps your body stay young.
As far as eating...
For example all I have for breakfast is a smoothie shake of BCAAs, garlic, ginger root, kale, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, almond milk and yogurt.
For dinner I usually make something tasty usually involving ground turkey or ground beef made into a healthy casserole or soup. Often I will make tacos, chili, stir fry etc. But whatever it is, it is all non processed. All fresh veggies. No fruit.
I always make enough to have enough left over for lunch the next day as well.
Besides that I might eat a half a protein bar for a little sugar snack but that is about it.

Many times I will do 3 sets with heavy weight, but add in a drop set or a triple drop set with lighter weight so I am really doing 6 sets or even 9.

I pretty much stopped around 94 but still did a lot of labor jobs. I didn't start working out again until I hit 40.
I'm weak now since I lift slow and don't go heavy. I had my shoulder repaired 3yrs ago.
But when my now 28yo was playing hs ball he had one of his teammates over lifting.
They were sophomores and had like 135 or 150 on the bar. I walked by and said don't strain your ovaries ladies.
So of course they shot back how much can you bench then
I had them load every plate we had came out to 295.
I got down threw up an easy single and they couldn't believe it
But ever since 40 training style and this disease have sapped my strength.

It's my only food since 6 last night.
I'll have 1400 cal of meat at dinner.

Phuck I have to eat out tonight.
I have 1400 calories to play with.
I'm going to get a chicken bowl no rice double meat, lettuce, pick, corn, jalapenos, onions, Peppers, cheese cilantro.
No chips. That should be under 1400 don't you think?
