Probably some type of lying down smith machine arm curl
Tendinitis gradually deformed and broke numerous bones in it. So I literally have a clean break in the bones that I never sought medical attention for. There is overgrowth of bones and clean breaks everywhere in it. I literally can't take a 10 pound dumbbell behind my head with it and do a tricep extension because it's kind of hard doing that when your bones are broken in half.

Here's the video.

That's what I deadlift on.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a scam, but it's definitely not something you want to take lightly, not guaranteed to actually help you and should be the last resort for when you've exhausted all other options and you're in excruciating pain. I'm hoping I can hold off on that surgery indefinitely.

Maybe you should have been doing regular exercises instead of your potato inventions all this time and you wouldn't have a gimp arm

It was from pitching in baseball.

On a side note how does it feel to know that I deadlift more than you all with a crippled right arm.

Being weak must suck huh?

He can't. That's too heavy for him to go that low.

That's why I told him if he can do a 515 below parallel squat by 2 or 3 inches then at least it would count. The only thing you're doing when you don't break the plane is making yourself out to be an idiot.

See he's used to high squats. The judges are passing them. That's what they do in the powerlifting world. Over 88 percent of world records in the squats don't even count because they are high.

But they are passing them anyways just to be nice to the lifter.

Fuk outta my thread you fat fuk. We have been over this many times and you’ve continued to chew dicks. I’m stronger than you are at 40 lbs less body weight.

Sucks to suck huh?
