I rarely post in sports section, got banned for my avi a couple months ago but talked to a mod and he/she couldn’t figure out how to change it either lol so I guess I’m just Denzel James for life on here. Wish I could show the misc my sick piss frame though :/

Too much this. All these references to studies, worrying about glycogen, etc...none of it matters where you're at RF. Eat less, walk, ride a bike, whatever you want, just be in a deficit.

i only take his advice when i wanna grope women though (which is often) srs. never seen his abs

i'm not gonna ditch lifting obv, but i hate that it increases the amount of carbs i need to function. i'm sure you guys are gifted and can lift intensely on zero carb, feel great all the time, not have brain fog at work etc. but that is nowhere near possible for me.

it's physically impossible for LISS to not make a difference.

Dieting isn't about feeling great. Sucks cawk a lot of the time. Anyways, the biggest issue is this silly ban bet. You could easily add carbs back in and still make progress, but just not at the rate you would want, which is the root of many of your problems.

I'm gonna drop to 120g P, 50-100g C, 20-40g F

I'm going to try the lower end of the ranges first and see if my dink falls off. If it does, I'll move to the upper end of the ranges.

It's kinda weird, but I'm really enjoying this cut in a way because I like the feeling of testing new limits. I would have said that this is impossible in the beginning, but now it's no big deal. I don't care about eating a small amount at all, to be honest. The only thing that bothers me is hypoglycemia. My confidence that I'm going to survive the apoc is increasing by the day (no prepper)

I will finally listen and ditch the cardio. I think it's working against me because it's forcing me to eat a commensurate number of calories in carbs. Without it I may be able to drop carbs way down.

Probably won't make it by the deadline, but I'm more focused on just reaching my goal no matter what.

Thanks for the support/trolling. Both are motivating me srs

Good job bro. It sounds like this was a sort of life changing experience for you in terms of it now being a lifestyle. The best part is its a habit now and you'll be able to stick with it better.

Once you diet down the first time you know you can do it so when you bulk up (slowly) you'll be ready to cut again. Just never go above 15% again, take it from me, it sucks!

If you're going for the lower end of the ranges (50g carbs and 20g fat) why not up the protein to 150 and keep carbs at 20 and just do the PSMF. I don't see how that 30g extra of carbs can help you more than 30g of protein.

yeah, it actually has been. i'm gonna shift gears when i'm around 12% and hit the weights hard af. only gonna be on that twink time for a little bit.

never doing this bullchit again. gonna post an update picture in that gallery every month no matter what and never get flabby again.

i'm gonna throw away all my clothes that fit me when i'm flabby. i could donate them, but i would prefer to not help the poor wait wat

i'm going to go as low as i possibly can while still being able to function at work etc. i think without the cardio, i can go way lower than i previously thought possible.

i have zero trouble with the restriction. the only problem is hypoglycemia. i just went to a birthday party (for a 1 yo lol) earlier and everyone was eating ribs and cake and drinking dank cocktails and beer and i was just drinking tea and coffee like a real ******* and feeling fine about it (no homo). i'm locked in now and nothing can stop me.

Great progress, but I don't see any signs of abs. It could be hidden under that dense forest of stomach pubes, though. If not, then I'm not sure you'll meet your goal by the new year. And I'm not saying that by having a lack of faith in your progress, just being realistic given that it's almost January.

doesn't really matter. the ban bet and the 600 dollar bet with my buddy were just to crank up the pressure on a goal i already had. this has evolved beyond them at this point and i just need to reach my goal no matter what.

i feel like the new macros will help a lot. it's not something i ever would have done if not for this thread, to be honest

That's what I'm saying... if you really want to go that low in calories, just do PSMF. Low protein and then some carbs and some fat is not a good choice.

Which is why you need to hang on to the muscle you have lol. I mean, it's your body, but if I were you I would up the protein intake to be safe. Even if you're already within the "enough protein" area, it will help with satiety (and due to the thermic effect you will end up in a higher deficit if you swap fat/carb calories with protein calories).

lmao this post made me lose it, you want protein to retain the small amount of muscle mass you have ATM. Please hope on a program for 2019. I guarantee you 1 year of a real training program will make you get hooked to lifting weights

I'd probably stick to 150-160g of protein OP. It'll help with both lean mass retention and satiety so there's almost no reason not to up your protein intake.

Didn't read thread, but saw the last pic.

It doesn't look like you have nearly enough muscle mass to make it, breh. That's what helps you on a cut. Without it, you'll be spinning your wheels till the end of time.

Trying to start your LISS routine bruh. Went for a 30 minute walk this morning at about 8, now going for another 30 minute one. Will eventually get it up to 60+ minutes on one session but have to work into it.

Back when I cut the first time I started with 30 minutes a day and worked up to 90+ minutes a day. Easiest cardio ever, BRB heart rate barely elevated (80's) and don't break s sweat, still burn 500+ calories while getting fresh air, listening to music and Miscing.

I've been losing a pound a week pretty easily strictly ifting 3 times a week with no cardio @ 2200 calories. Lol if I stay there and just add this easy as fuk walking I should lose 2 lbs/week with minimal effort.

Das it mane.

I've been losing a pound a week pretty easily strictly ifting 3 times a week with no cardio @ 2200 calories. Lol if I stay there and just add this easy as fuk walking I should lose 2 lbs/week with minimal effort.

Das it mane.
yeah, it truly is the best. you only run into problems with your feet getting blisters etc if you jump up to 3 hours immediately. i'm gonna maintain 1 hour minimum per day on average even after i'm done cutting for health and to reduce future fat gain
