Can anyone recommend a >100€ everyday scent that's bright yet still masculine, for someone in their young 20s? Preferably for Spring, Summer and maybe early Autumn. L'Homme by YSL seemed to tick all the boxes for me, but its longevity, or lack there of, stopped me pulling the trigger. Anyone know anything similar?
Would really appreciate it.

well you wrote greater than 100 euro but i'm assuming you meant less than? math is hard.

I'd go with spicebomb in the case that you mentioned. especially if ysl l'homme was ticking the boxes for you but the longevity wasn't to your liking

Someone mentioned how wearing this in the cold worked pretty well a couple pages ago so I gave it a whirl this 32* morning.

Spot. On.

It's like a freshie for the frozen, if there were such a thing. The floral really jumps out at ya. Normally I wouldn't touch this juice until the Spring but good suggestion!!

damn it feels good to have my full collection back. i'm still only half way through papillo's decants. i did 6 then had to give my mind a break. I was getting triggered not knowing what i was smelling

Mind nuked... here's what I had pretyped in my notes app for the first 6.

1 - interesting starts floral, goes a bit fruity. On one hand this smells like it’s a Boadicea Victorious fragrance, on the other hand this smells like this belongs in Roja’s Gulf collection.

2 - Spice/Oriental/Floral. Definitely not a Roja. This is more of a Clive Christian DNA. I’m getting “a rich man’s spice bomb” vibe from this so even though I’ve never smelled Clive Christian X, I have a feeling this is Clive Christian X. Unisex great fall/winter scent whatever it is.

3 - Damn. Just got back from a cabin in the Colorado mountains. This smells like a perfumified version of the pine trees and crisp mountain air. I get very slight notes of pine without the poorly done “pinesol” smell. It’s got a bit of aquatic in here too. Would love this for summer.

4 - I think he threw this one in as a curve ball. I can’t tell if this is a rich man’s VU Noir Absolu, or if it’s just VU Noir Absolu lol. Sprayed it a second time to try and detect a synthetic opening but I didn’t really get that from VU NA either so this very well could be. It’s definitely got that nutty spicy base though and doesn’t really evolve at all. So while it is very enjoyable and gorgeous it seems a little linear and has me thinking I’m 60% sure it’s Valentino Uomo Noir Absolu. The other 40% is me thinking if i sprayed this on skin and not on paper i'd pick it up that it's a rich man's version.

5 - There was very little liquid left in this one., maybe it leaked BUT I’m smelling that unmistakeable Roja Aoud dna. There is a slightly odd mysterious funk in there though that I’m not sure of and after wearing Roja Aoud way more than I wanted in a 2 week span, and knowing Roja Amber Aoud is warm and sexy I can only guess that this is Roja’s Musk Aoud. Yup it has to be, definitely a more unique daily driver than the traditional Roja Aoud.

6 - I don’t know what to make of this one. I smelled it on paper for like 10 minutes but it’s too strange so I sprayed it on wrist. Too musty to be Roja DNA but i like it even though i get leather and i usually hate leather

Nice man!!! Not shabby at all for completely blind reviews. Really impressed, especially regarding no 6. Cuir Majeste is pretty much the only leather frag i can tolerate these days. Most of them are usually too harsh for my nose. Sorry to hear about 51 pour homme leaking. I tried to spray at least 20 sprays in each of those lil vials. The funk in there is probably from the leather and patchouli. London and Noir Absolu appears to share similar accords (spicy basalmaic), so perhaps they do smell very similar. I haven't smelled Noir Absolu yet

Let me know if you want me to reveal the last 5 before you go through them.
