I was kind of an incel. More like a gymcel. Then I took up ballroom dance 6 years ago. I got so into it, I started competing in dancesport competitions with my instructor. Then I met my fiance through ballroom, and we started competing regularly in ballroom dancesport comps as a couple.

Three months ago, we decided to join a bachata dance company. We just came back from the World Latin Dance Cup competition in Florida, where we placed second in our division.

So I basically went from a shy, introverted, gymcel that spent all of his time in the gym and hardly ever interacted with women to a full fledged ballroom and Latin dancer that performs regularly in front of a crowd and is now engaged to a beautiful and wonderful woman. And I really do owe it all to taking up dancing. Thanks, dance!

3. On a dark dance floor, with the music turned up and the light show going, NOBODY is looking at you except the woman you're dancing with, or the women who might be interested in you. FAs are afraid of looking silly, but don't realize that you can't look silly if there is no audience.
4. Fortunately, mankind long ago discovered the cure for this paralysis that afflicts FAs. It's a social lubricant. It's called alcohol. Get a buzz going and you won't even notice the other people there.
5. It's fun. Music makes you want to move. Put yourself in that environment, add some social lubricant and women, and let yourself go. Have some fun. It's not the 7th grade still where you'll get teased for dancing with a girl you like.

Do you honestly think these people didn't realize how silly they looked? Of course they did. They owned it. By owning it, it stops being silly. You'll never be as silly looking on the dance floor aspeople from the 70's.NEVER.
And some of us are still hanging around.

Silly trumps sad IMO.

Well, you'll definitely meet Latina HBBs that way. Whether or not you'll be able to hook up with one is another story. But being able to dance well is a step in the right direction.

Ballroom is sexy
How long did it take you to get decent?
And do you have video?

A lot of dudes ask for dates and get shut down but if you have a rep as a good dancer an hbb is likely to go dancing with you just because she knows she will have a great time. Whatever attraction happens can come later but you have a better shot

A lot of bad dancers here, but nobody cares! They're just having fun. Every single one of them will go home and remember this as a good time, instead of worrying about how silly they might have looked. I know we have some committed FAs on here, but you really don't have to be if you don't want to be. Stop overthinking it. All of the red pill stuff is for understanding what to do and what not to do, not for depressing you to the point where you give up even trying.

PS - If you don't want a chick to flake on you, ask her out to go dancing. They love that chit.

Ok you so you caught a females attention. Good job. If you can increase the time and effort it took to get her attention, and apply it to 20 more females of the same caliber +/-, I guarantee you will find a girl to date/potentially marry. Everybody gets NC´d. It's part of the process. Getting yourself out there and understanding each rejection brings you 1 girl closer to finding the girl you are looking for is the mindstate you have to have in order to succeed. Its hard because rejection sucks. But if your other alternative is ldar/not procreate then youre making your own bed by not realistically approaching women in your league on a consistent basis.

The biggest change in the dating market that apps like tinder created is more access to a larger pool of possible candidates. So yes it makes it easier for women, top tier males, etc...to get sex/dates and now makes it harder for average/below average males because of hypergamy. But it doesn't make it impossible. And its always been a numbers game.

Tl;dr increase the volume of approaches to women like the one thar nc'd you and you'll be engaged within the next year.

Btw your standards for morality aren't low minus the virgin thing. That's going to be near impossible to find unless you become a Mormon and move to Utah. But plenty of women in the market have sex exclusively while having LTR's and maybe a few hookups in between. Also add good motherly qualities to your list. You'll make it bro.

That's why lifting for girls, taking dance classes, etc is dumb af. In the end, you are either lovable or you aren't. If you aren't, pretending to be might snag you some hole for a while, but it won't make them love you. I am starting to realize that my thirst clouded my judgment in women.

Taking dance classes will get you to meet outgoing women who like to dance. These types of women are probably sloots. They also probably aren't your type if you are a basement dwelling incel.
Only to here but really Wincel??? You’re going to say that all women that love to dance are sloots?? Lmao

OP is right on. It’s not about learning just to get women. It’s about learning a skill you’ll have for the rest of your life that can come in handy in so many situations.

I'll be 39 next month, and outside HS dances I've literally never been in a situation where dancing would have "come in handy".

Please, outline these scenarios.

Here to confirm that salsa/bachata dancing is the truth.

First, if you're good at it, girls will be into you even if you're not good looking. This guy is a chubby, bald dweeb yet is one of the most sought-after dancing partners in the world:

Second: it's a great date activity. If you're a regular at a club, you'll know everybody there and will have a circle of girls who enjoy dancing with you. Take a date there and give her a little free lesson; women find the teaching vibe sexy. At a few points take a moment to "have a dance with one of my friends", she'll see that you have good chemistry with other attractive women and aren't a basement-dwelling weirdo (note: some salsa girls will have boyfriends or husbands... doesn't matter, if you're good they'll still be willing to share their sensual side with you for the duration of the dance). If you've managed to make yourself one of the best dancers in your venue, all the better. Classes make a good date too, especially if you're one of the best ones there. Take her to the beginner class.

Third: certain aspects of salsa might fit well with dynamics that the incel crowd is already comfortable with. For example: the concept of "grinding to level up" in an RPG. You can do the same in salsa... practice and practice, and you WILL get better. But instead of doing it for an imaginary fake sword, it'll be for seeing an HBB's face light up when you execute a move she's never seen before... when you lead her in a bodyroll that shows an intimate understanding of how the female body moves... when girls seek you out because they've seen how you dance... etc., etc. It's amazing to me that people put hundreds (sometimes thousands) of hours into Skyrim, Zelda, WOW, or whatever BS when that SAME amount of time would make them a respectable-to-great dancer. Another dynamic is the notion of "combos" in fighting games... Street Fighter, Smash Bros., etc... whatever feeling of satisfaction you get when you pull off a sick combo, it's the same when you string together a perfect sequence of moves on the salsa floor. But HBBs will actually respect the latter.

Fourth: you get away with chit like this. Note that I am just a STEM grad student dweeb of average looks and below-average salary

The one caveat I should add is that proper salsa/bachata clubs are not a hook-up meat market (although the hookups do happen). Many girls really are just there to dance. But it'll absolutely help your game with girls outside the scene, and if you go dancing at other clubs (especially Latin clubs that aren't proper "salsa joints") it'll put you above the crowd, because you'll be able to take charge and make the girl feel, and look, sexy.

CLIFFS: salsa is the ultimate lifehack/RPG for incels willing to make a change

Why do you hate dancing?
Also are you natty?
Are you not swimming in poos with your build?

I went to my brother's wedding like 15 years ago (something like that). If there was dancing, I didn't take part in it. I have never been to an office party, and I haven't been to a birthday party other than my own (Donner, party of 1) in probably 25 years. Do people dance at birthday & office parties?

By this reasoning, the most complex thing in the universe must be the entire universe itself. But, if we allow ourselves to consider things not physically in this universe, but perhaps existing in some sense, then even more complex things could be arbitrarily constructed with increasing complexity from mathematical ideas. There actually cannot be a mathematically most complex thing if ideas count as things. Either way, I am certain you do not study these things. In fact, mankind has yet to fathom and construct these things. But I guess chicks love hubris.
