Not for women that lift! I just got through explaining this, because my wife is 5'5" 170lbs and she has a 25" waist. Not anywhere near fat. All muscle, and not for boys!

I'm sure most of the women that are at that weight at 5'4" or 5'5" lift... right? I'm really glad this didn't catch up in Europe yet although it's getting there...

Probably not, but I live in the fitness world where I personally see a lot of women in this range that are far from fat. I'm just trying to make it clear that not all women need to be lumped into this category.

That's fine but I think the women you see in the fitness world are in the minority. The majority of women/men are evolving into sea animals.

I'd like to know how this looks?
"The manlet is a savage beast that knows no moral bound. After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. "One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Out of respect I won’t ask for pics since she’s your wife but 170lbs at 5’5” seems awfully heavy... even if she lifts regularly. One of my exes had bit of a “farm girl build” (thick frame) and she was 170lbs... at 5’11”! I can’t fathom how she would have looked half a foot shorter...

Unless your wife is on some cell tech there's no chance she's 5'5'' 170 all muscle.

Edit:

I just went to your profile and there is pic of you standing next to a girl I assume is your wife on the beach and she's just as tall as you. You have your height listed at 5'9''. No chance she's 5'5'' like you say, unless that's not her.

DLB is the perfect example when it comes to a female with good quality muscle. She's not shredded and softer in her off season...now picture her 40 lbs heavier.

I'm sorry but I'm just trying to keep it real.

No tech, and we are all muscle! As far as the picture, we're standing on the beach, so sure we look the same height. I've got pictures where her arms look bigger than mine, but they're not.

I still can't see how she could weigh 170 at that height, width, muscle mass and BF%.

Is she thick as a fridge?

For the record, she was 166 lbs last week and she keeps me eating at lot, so I don't drop below 180...when I lean up and drop below that weight, it makes her feel fat! She's not!

She doesn't need any help moving a fridge, if that's what you mean? She's thick in just the right places and I wouldn't change a thing about her!

I'm off to bed, gym time is 4:00 AM...so you guys can beat me up a little more tomorrow!

In that pic, she looks like I did when I was just over 140. This would put her around 130.

Since 2012 there was been a thyroid epidemic. It's not their fault, they have no control with the food they shove down their throat or that they spend all their free time watching tv, playing video games and talking chit about how the people that workout are narcissist.
