Yes im near that weight now although I normally a few pound lighter

Basically it's only allowed if you could bench yourself ...

Since the real madness of this thread is that I can bench press an average USA sloot

For curious non believers here was me at 160lb 5 foot 4 which is only 10lb lighter than that average and not looking particularly fat

Can you do pull ups?

No?

Are you a man. Not asking. Oh, you can do pull downs for around your fatass, just LOL. Pull downs in access of your body weight so that mean pull ups should be zero effort. Right?

She looks good without a doubt jt but I just can’t buy the 170.... sorry man. Even 150lbs would be pushing it at that weight. 170 lean (which she obviously is from that pic) is just crazytown for a 5’5” woman.

Last time I was 198 was when I was bulking... nowadays I'm around 179/181.

But also, fems @ 171lbs? Good lord... that's... overweight for their height.

...idk bro...

I'm not dragging your wife into this but 5'4" and 170 isn't a promising statistic.

I will say that female height and weight ratios are severely skewed in society. My wife was 5'7" and about 140-143 when she looked her absolute best from lifting and exercising. People always assumed she weighed much less because they don't know how to eyeball female weights.

I will also say I knew a nurse who was 5'6" and 165 that carried it surprisingly well, but she certainly seemed like an anomaly

And again if we're averaging things... an average non lifting person at these cited height/weights are grotesque lol

You are correct, and I wasn't trying to imply or deceive anyone into believing she was 170 lbs in that picture! I was posting that picture in direct response to someone to show that she is all muscle. She was around 145lbs in that picture training for a show, and she walks on stage around 135 lbs. What that picture doesn't show is her butt and legs where she carries most of her muscle.

I know it seems crazy, but she is a country girl and carries her weight very well, and builds muscle like you wouldn't believe. Her brothers are all 6'5" plus, so she comes from genuine strong country stock...corn feed from the cradle!

Saved! I was gonna chime in and say no way in hell she was 170 in that pic at that height haa. Thanks for clearing it up.

My girl is 6' on the dot and about ~175. She looks fukin amazing cause she lifts+cardio regularly.

If she was 5' 4 she would be a sea donkey for sure

Another anomaly checking in! 5'2 and I stay between 135-140. I won't try to get under 135 cause then my face will get too gaunt and I'll lose my T&A. I wear a size 0-4 and XS-S. No fattie would fit in my clothes, that is fo sho! I regularly get told I'm tiny and just the other day my 25 yr old coworker who is thin told me she watched Wonder Woman the night before and I should be Wonder Woman next Halloween cause I'd look great in the costume.
