Probably should bulk during this time of year as I could see you get some more muscle mass on, then cut after the holidays.

good work, opie

make sure the scale moves no matter what.

if it stalls, you're eating too much/moving too little

i entered terminator mode for the final stretch. losing a half a lb a day lol

meh.. just had my first stall weight wise (Week 15)

However I've been tracking my weight and calories intake the whole time, the week before I lost 4lbs.. average 1.7 for the past four weeks. The water swooshes are a real thing, water will fill in for fatty acids and mask weight loss. I wouldn't panic until you went 3 weeks without any changes. Last week I dropped 4 pounds in a 2 day period and knew this week I probably wouldn't see lower numbers. MAYBE if in ketosis this is different since you shouldn't be holding much water weight from glycogen

ain't nobody got time for that srs. i've deluded myself into thinking that maybe i increased sodium or fiber or didn't take a big enough chit etc.

scale has to fukken move. i say go harder if it doesn't change in 3 days, not 3 weeks srs

Yeah mentally it sucks when it happens.. I eat a large meal right before bed and that is additional weight for the morning. Also I know if I don't drop multiple lumbar logs it's unlikely I'm going to hit a new low point the next morning. Best weigh ins are when I eat all my food early and go to bed hungry

Quest makes cookies now that are almost the same stats as their bars but taste 20x better. 15g protein.

Also anyone with a sweet tooth I'd recommend incorporating PB2 and sugar free jelly sandwiches. Aldis sells 40 calorie bread that is surprisingly really good. Between the bread, peanut powder and jelly that has fiber added to it, it will keep you full for hours.

Yesterday I got in a light back day because I knew I had a trash route last night.

That really taxes the traps delts firearms and biceps plus some core.

Lat pull down rockit 3x8 205
Rockit mid row 3x8 225

I did back on Friday and normally like a greater rest interval.

So then I did trash there's a few town homes so you walk to those. 1 huge main building with 5 floors but an elevator. Lots of hallway walking and carrying.

Then there's 17 stairways most are 3 floors so 2 sets and some are four floors.
So that's a lot of hauling and climbing.

Then when all that's done you have several trips from the trailer to the compactor probably a 50ft walk.

All in all it took 2.5hrs.

How many calories do you think that burned?

Really low energy today. Had my boys with me and didn't want to spend too much Christmas time in the gym.

Incline 7,6 185 4 at 195

Pec dec 3x8 105

Skull crushers 3x8 70

Close grip 1x8 70 super set with last set of skullcrushers

Got my first 2 sets for those who think I don't go to the gym.

I do. They actually seem to take load off the joints a bit as they claim.

I have less pain with them than the more traditional counterparts.

You should give them a try if your gym has any especially the leg extension and seated leg curl.

Decline twists 2x12

Planks 3x30 seconds

Side planks 1x15 seconds

I don't feel like I've lost any weight this week but I'll find out Saturday morning.

I'm experimenting with time under tension I've been doing sets way too fast according to what I read.

6 second reps seem to be ideal. So I'm having to drop my poundage in order to achieve that.

Hammer strength chest press 3x8
Overhead press 3x8
Pec dec 3x8
Seated dips 3x8

I also ranked leaves hauled tarps and pruned bushes today oh and hauled a ladder around for a gutter cleaning.

I'm going to have sex tonight so that will be some extra work.

Well I didn't lose any weight this week 209.6

That's very discouraging since I'm hungry and doing IF.

So either I hit the wall already and need to drop to 1800 cal and start liss or my increase in volume and hitting body parts I haven't hit in months has triggered some gains. I've lost fat and gained muscle on a cut before.

What do you all think?
