Since this is a retarded lift and doesn't count...go tell me why 675 didn't count.
Post a video showing the full weight on the bar. I can't tell what you have on there because you didn't place the cam up to the weight to show us all what you have on there.

If it really is 585 then damn that was one hell of a struggle for you to get up.

The machine seems like it might even be tougher than the one I use, the Icarian Hack squat machine.

What's the brand name of that? What model is it?

I'm going to see if I can go out and find that exact machine to do another test on.

It seems that even though you went to the bottom the leverage was in your favor, but you still struggled to get it up. Seems like placing the feet at the bottom would make you have to drop the weight another 90 pounds. The pause was legit enough. So you did good on that.

But if you compare this to my hack squat I go further past parallel. And you have really good leverage seeing that you're shorter than me. I've seen guys do 900 pounds on the same machine that I use on instagram and go all the way down like I do because they are shorter and are able to get more leverage because they have shorter legs.

So this means a few different things here. I can't really say anything until I find that same exact hack squat machine and try to see how much weight I can do on it. And i'm currently in the process of building back up my hack squat because I didn't go heavy on it for the past few months. I'm only at 500-515 from the bottom right now.

Well that's 585 there for 1 and I did 560 for 1 on my machine. I'll give you the fact that you had your feet higher because the machine just seems tougher overall. But do you people see a general point here? He's squatting 675 pounds. And you're all trying to talk crap about me because you think my max squat is only 400. But I told you all I don't max out on squats and do my squats after hack squats.

And so far it appears that we are only 25 pounds off in strength levels here. So does this teach you all a lesson about leverage as it is so far? I'm not going to get too far ahead of myself until I try that same exact machine. Because who knows what the hell I can get up on it seeing that I never tried it. I might only be able to do 350 on it with my feet at the bottom and paused at the bottom.

Because the angle of the machine is way higher than the Icarian. That sled goes up at a 42 degree angle to the left. The Icarian that I use might only be a 30 degree angle.

So yeah let's just go with that for now.

I need the make and model of this machine. I'm going to look it up online and then buy it and see what I can do on it. Give me all the details on it.

It's a HOIST HF-4357 Leg Press Hack Combo.

And here's what's up. The starting weight is 85 not the 45 I figured so I actually did 625.

By overhead press you mean jerk the weight up, squat down until you're under the weight, lock out your arms, and then just drive up and pretend that you actually did a 180 pound over head press right? That's what you mean right?

Lower the weight and stand straight up and down and do it.

You leaned so far back that it looked like you were in a limbo competition. The angle of your lean was 30 degrees. You leaned back so much that you actually created your own incline bench system and then tried to sit here and pass off the total package to us all as an overhead press.

So i'm not understanding your logic here.

Stand straight up and down. Don't budge. Use the most weight that you can use with the strictest form possible and then call that an OHP. Denial sucks.

It's going to give you every reason in the book to believe that you what you did was legit. But the thing is. It wasn't.

So basically given the situation. I'm going to say that your max overhead press without swaying back and turning it into an incline bench press is somewhere around 131 pounds.

Ok so you did a 180 pound incline bench press with your 30 degree angle back angle. So great. A 180 pound incline bench. Wow big deal. I mean it's sort of on par with your weak 265 pound bench press. So yeah you're doing good.

You never posted a video of the weight on the machine. It looked like 4 plates per side. I don't see anymore than 4 on each side. Do it the right way and film the weight beforehand or nobody is going to even believe you at this point.

Yeah and so fat that I run a 4.61 in the 40, and a 7.16 hand time in the 60 meter dash.

But yeah. That makes sense. That's what fat people do.

Are you laughing because you know there wasn't more than 4 plates? I'm now having doubts on this. I'm now going to need to see a legit video of you filming the exact weight on the machine and then re-do the lift. Still studying facts about this machine though.

I’m not re-doing sh!t. Your thread said no one could compete, they did and they beat you. I’m sorry you lost. Maybe take a few days, kick your wounds and come back some other goofy bullish!t. And you never addressed that you didn’t pause it...a pin squat is not a pause.

You think a guy that squats 7 plates in sleeves can only hack squat 450 lolololol
