I don’t know MMA well, just a casual watcher of a decent amount of fights....did cyborg just not respect nunes because of her size advantage? How do you not take this fight seriously? So confused, but damn that was amazing

THAT is how she fights man.

I don't think she respected Nunes's sharp power and precision striking though which is nuts because Amanda hits hard. Her weaknesses and prior losses in the past were strictly due to cardio and I thought both would respect each other's power..

THAT was one of the most impressive beatdowns I've seen in sometime.

She didn't have that much of a size advantage. She underestimated Nunes power, and more than anything Nunes punching speed

Cyborg walks around at 160-170, the weight cut had to be brutal for her. Throwing windmill punches out the gate didnt help but it was a fun fight.

Just my opinion, but she won because she got the first haymaker. Cyborg never been hit like that and panicked. Roles could have easily been reversed and cyborg could have won.

Cyborg is used to being the one with all the power and she underestimated Nunes' power. ANY scouting report on Nunes' should have included that Nunes' has very good punching power. Meisha Tate said she'd never been hit by someone harder in her entire career and was ready to retire after Amanda beat her down. Cyborg underestimated Amanda, Amanda has quicker hands, and Amanda is a better technical fighter.
