Some tips;

DO NOTstart out with a predetermined weight at which you will acquire The Shredz ..this will doom you to failure.

The scale is a help to let you know that the weight is coming off.

Use the mirror as your final guide to acquiring The Shredz.

You are fatter than you think.

You have less muscle than you think.

Be disciplined with your diet, track everything you eat or drink.

Be disciplined with your training.

Stop getting yucky with the boys.

If you fall off the diet one day. Get back on it the next.

Focus on the result, acquiring The Shredz.


You will see yourself shrinking.

Others will see you growing.
(The Shredz appearing with those gnarly veins.)

It's an illusion but hey it works.

Absolutely holly fuk at the dude in the last pic. Idk how I feel about that tho but 10/10 juiciness to all them. I was In on last year but had medical probs for 5 months and had to completely start over. 2019 all In boyos reps all around

I'd like to stay in my weight range (190ish) but still cut down my bf%. I'll start tracking my micronutrients and cals soon after the New Year, probably a 2 week cut & bulk phase alternating between the two.

possibly, but there's no pressure for me this time around as there was last time. i have more time to get down there, and i plan on keeping as much size as possible. i was way too small last time.

during this 6ish month lean bulk ive hammered my chest, and especially my back. i've also started incorporating weighted ab training so if everything goes alright i should have some sick striations..

my only goal is to be shredded enough for Paradiso this upcoming June
