So lets say every few months these guys with followers come out with this new program that is the 'optimal' way for natties to train. And they start selling it. Sales will drop. They rewrite/come out with another program, etc. Same thing with meal plans (which is all copy and paste). Etc. Next they start promoting someone elses clothing line or start their own line. Etc. That's how they are making money.
