Does anybody else laugh at childless couples who cope by having pets?

I don't care if couples don't want to have kids, but what is the deal with the cliche act of having a dog or cat or a bunch of pets? It's like they don't want the responsibility of having a kid, but want to have the feeling of having a family. So fukking cringey seeing these fuktards with pictures of their "kids".

Yes, yes, I already know the replies - "Dogs/cats are better than kids", etc. Well, yeah, probably because you're a horrible and selfish human being and would suck at being a parent. Or you have the beta gene and subconsciously don't feel you deserve to spread your genes. Regardless, it's always a telling sign of how pathetic somebody is when you see them cope by having a pet with their dried up partner. Just goofy.

You realise some couples want kids but can’t have them? I mean you’re aware of that circumstance?

How is it pathetic? Having a kid is a major life decision. A lot of people aren’t ready for it yet. And you can’t tell if someone calls themselves a “foodie.”

That being said, no I don’t laugh when I see them. I mind my own business just like you should.

I think you’re just being judgmental, what a sad way to live

That's cool and all, but let me guess, you have a pet don't you? And you're hovering closely to the kind of characters I'm talking about, right?

Exactly. These kind of people share this kind of emotional issue where they act fukking stupid like that. There's nothing wrong with liking dogs. But talking to them like that is akin to thinking you have superpowers just because you go to comic book conventions.

You know absolutely nothing about me but you try to pass judgment? So everyone who disagrees with you—which is so far, everyone ITT—is just a childless couple with pets? It couldn’t just be that we dislike judgmental dimwits like yourself?

Lol this is clearly a theme with you OP.

For your information, I want kids and so does my partner.

Doesn’t change the fact that you’re a turd waffle.

Good for you. But why are you so emotionally weak that you need to cope by having a dog reaffirm your insecurities because you're lonely?
