Mysterio looks cool. They’re trying to make it look like he’ll be a hero instead of a villain. It’s probably him faking though. Doing the plot from The Incredibles.

I bet that Nick Fury is actually Mysterio too.

Yeah wtf. Dude is one of the most talented actors and now he's some random throwaway villain in Marvel's 10000th movie? I guess he's just having his fun and making some money which is cool - but I think it would have been sweet for him to have his own part in the universe instead of being a throwaway.

I watched a lot of Oscar winning movies. Many I wonder if they won cuz the judges are pretentious. Anyway, need to build hype, its on July. 3 months after Endgame.

Well, his Spidey sense was nonexistent in homecoming and civil war. There was a brief moment of it in infinity war. It will probably get stronger in this one. Maybe they'll save it for a huge moment where he lands a decisive blow on Mysterio/Saves a dozen people. If they do it right, it could be the highlight of the movie.

It would be like the car scene in Spiderman 2 on steroids.

Edit: Wait, he definitely used it in Civil War

No actually because it makes sense for characters to intermingle when there is a crisis especially at this point in the cinematic universe. It would be silly to make, say, another Captain America movie where the fate of the world is at stake and there are no other heroes around even though they clearly exist.

Having this movie take place In Europe is a good way to give spiderman the majority of the spotlight. If this confrontation took place in New York then Cap and iron man would certainly be there as well as Dr Strange and probably black widow then it would essentially be another Avengers movie.

Except that he isn't. He has to have chaperones. Fury shows up and tells him what to do. Happy has to show up to babysit. It's never on any kind of equal footing, and continues the trend of Parker being a forever-tween. There's no growth. It's stupid.
