In Oregon we've actually had solid gun laws... They trying to pass some INSANE laws right now. Can't purchase more than 20rnds in a 30 day period of time, 5rnd max magazine, permit required to purchase a gun, minimum age on gun purchases to 21, and requiring gun owners to lock up all weapons.

Thank god gun laws here dont follow party lines and I think most will be voted against.

Don't see an issue with the permit or age requirement to purchase. The others are full retard.

Yes lets ignore the constitution and force people to get a permit and renew it yearly to own a firearm as guaranteed in the constitution.

Let's send 18 year olds to war and give them guns tell them to kill people and be shot at, but lets not allow them to own one to defend themselves when they get home.

Makes sense.

A permit or license is just a way to keep track of who has guns, in anticipation of a day when gun confiscation can be enacted. There is no logical justification for a permit or license otherwise.
