Tough questions. I don't know exactly, it depends. But if someone doesn't want to be around you just because of your race that person is racist. That's all I'm arguing at this time.

Not at all. People like to live in communities of similar people - hence why we have homogenous neighborhoods.

Statistically speaking - homogenous neighborhoods (of any race) are safer.
