Threads you know are posted not to have discussion ,not to add to the community, not for a few laughs but done simply to troll.

Too each their own I always say and they can post whatever they want it's none of m business. So I just ignore such threads but in sure to the new guy who works out and lives a healthy lifestyle and just found this forum will come here and see it and shake their head and look else where
