Rope clavicle pull.. Face pull to the clavicle level with shoulder.
Seated BO DB rear flye.
BO Rear Cable flyes.

With all of these I DO NOT engage the traps.
It requires very little movement to hit the rear delts.
I do high rep 15-20.

I also do the above for my traps on trap day.
I go full range of motion then squeezing the traps.

Honestly don't keep track of my macros/calories but I do eat very clean though. Diet consists of plenty of meats, veggies, animal products and stay away from virtually all sweets and sugars and most sht carbs. I cut out alcohol completely and think that had the largest impact on my physique

Back to the gym today. Going 4x a week starting Monday and training balls to the walls. Just going today to start, doing arms.

Weigh 184lbs right now. I'm going to maintain this weight and get bigger.

Going to grind my ass off and give it 110% 4x a week and put the foot on the gas and train hard, never letting up on anything.

These next 6 months are going to fly by quick. I'll have the best physique I've ever had than from 11 years ago.

I'll start actively posting progress shots to try and get everyone motivated. Back to the macro grind
Bench: 115 x 1
Squat: 95 x 2
Deadlift: 135 x 2

Doesn't even lift makes fun of people on bodybuilding site crew.
Informs you that your PR doesn't count due to "bad form" crew.

Anyone else who has been or is around Sub 10% - find it REALLY ****ing hard to maintain that?

Maybe ive just blown my thyroid/metabolism from dieting for too long at too low calories, but I had the last week eating pretty much whatever I wanted / lots of social eating and drinking and my weight went from 147 to 158lbs. Obviously a lot of that was carb/food bloat. I've dropped down to 154lbs region now and my diet hasnt improved.

Gonna start with diet from today again, drop carbs below 30g for like 4-5 days with high water and see what my true weight is.

What im asking is... Is it possible/easy to maintain say 7-8% bodyfat year around? Can you steadily reverse diet to get your maintenance back to normal and then is it just a case of keeping carbs low to avoid bloat?

You have not blown your metabolism.
After a while, focus changes and it may just not be that important for you anymore to be cut.
You know how to get there again, so just let yourself go a little.

Eight days off from cutting (while travelling) is now over. Not really sure what the damage is, yet, but I imagine it's around 1kg. I'd already prepped veg before I left, so that I could get back on it as soon as I got back. THE JOURNEY CONTINUES.

I'm thinking with your physique the damage will be slight if any.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
