-there is substantive difference in the ability to build muscle mass between someone on the lower normal test levels and higher (i.e. 250ng/dl compared to 850 ng/dl)
-Tiring out your CNS is a thing and worse for gains over the short and long term
-high volume, lower weight is notably better than low volume, high weight for hypertrophy (not only 'marginally' better)
-Caffeine is the only required ingredient for preworkout.

arching your back so that the bar barely moves when benching, isnt a real rep. idc what powerlifting fed rules are about butt on bench making it legal, its cringeworthy

It also encourages novices to perform complex Olympic lifts fast as hell (literally) when they actually require practice and patience to learn properly, risking injury purely for the sake of ego lifting and cheat repping.Muscle endurance > how much you can lift
That said, crossfit probably shouldn't be so easily dismissed.
Bodybuilding for the sake of aesthetics is a pathetic and shallow endeavour if you lack strength to back it up, will easily dismiss anyone like this
I LOL at people who buy a ton of supplements, glutamine, BCAA, creatine, beta alanine, etc. and carry it in their gym bag, just LOL, wasteful spending.
Cardio > ALL lifting, in general, but obviously do both - your heart is more important though long term
P90X was a good program
Neck is by FAR the most underrated and neglected area of development and it's hard to unsee how many people lack a decent neck after being 'woke'
Being jacked is no excuse to act like a tough guy, stay humble, check your ego, because the bigger they are, the harder they fall

2 & 3. - agreed.
4. Sorry, but the acthal science behind fitness simply disagrees witb you on this one. Obviously, doing both lifting and cardio would be ideal. But if picking between either in terms of overall health benefits, it's resistance training/lifting all the way. Even doctors/counselors for medical level weight loss classes for morbidly obese people encourage them to get into lifting due to the various benefits, which include cardiovasuclar health ones when done right.
5. I don't think people took issue with the idea that the old extreme workout gimmick programs like P90X and Insanity would work. Clearly, if you actually followed them to a T, they'd probably deliver all the promises they claimed they woukd yield, as they were some hardcore fkn programs that cut out all the stops of working out. The real issue was that 99% of people wouldn't be able to sustain such a program regardless of whether or not they initially succeeeded with it, and they end up becoming out of shape lard asss couch potatos again rather than learning balance and real lifestyle changes. The programs may have been great for people who already had a firm grasp of athletics and history in them somehow, but they were chit for fatties looking for quick fixes to their fatness.
6. I tend to agree, however I think that if you lift properly, your neck will get plenty of benefits from your other lifts that naturally work it without directly doing neck lift workouts. Most people aren't nearly advanced enough to try neck specific lifts, and they're hard as chit on you regardless. Most people are much better off just learning to lift properly in general and letting their necks grow from the countless lifts it's an accessory to, unless maybe they're trying to be competative fighters and want as much muscle on the neck as possible to take punches.
7. Absolutely agreed. That arrogant meathead behavior gives lifters a bad rap in general.

You can train, look good, and be in amazing health without ever setting foot in a gym or paying for supplements.
Yoga is the #1 thing you can do.
powerlifting/lifting heavy is huge cope and you'll be regretting it down the road.

If you're serious about lifting you'll reach your genetic peak in just 3-4 years (unless you started as a teen of course). After that you may make TINY changes over the course of years but honestly nothing really noticeable.
Cliffs: After a few years of consistent, hard training, the rest of your time will just be maintaining muscle size and maybe losing fat.
Edit: post is for natty brahs under the assumption they're eating the optimal diet for gains.
