My #1 thing would be how much bullchit it really is. The average person is a fat slob... no question there. But your average gym goer that has a descent physique isn't really fit either. It's mostly all aesthetics and nothing all that functional. It becomes really apparent how much of a joke it is when you match it against people that are:
- Fighters
- Gymnasts
- Ironman athletes
- Farmcells/Ranchcells
- Rock climbers/alpine climbers
- 3rd world manual laborers
- Adventure trekkers (hike, bike, etc)

Most people who are always accusing people they see online of not being natty are mostly just lazy fukkers who haven't put in solid work training hard and consistently on a good diet and therefore have no idea what their body is capable of (ie. most people calling kinobody not natty in recent thread, his physique is achievable natty considering hard, consistent work and accompanying factors)
Bench press is inferior to weighted dips for majority of people (assuming you're not competing in powerlifting)

I hate the fitness industry. Nothing says being healthy like using stuff we can't talk about and diuretics to look lean for photoshoots. It also produces instagram and youtube attention whores where women get bolt ons, lose some weight, and act like they're a fitness guru. And then men take a few cycles of creatine and then preach about how their programs are what got them where they're at.
Supplement companies are the epitome of snake oil salesmen. You aren't sponsored unless they're paying you to advertise for them. The supplement company giving you a discount code and then giving you a small commission per sale isn't being sponsored, it's being a salesman.

- most people that lift have injured themselves badly and will be in pain for the rest of their lives
- 99.99% of the time it’s because of obviously dangerous exercises (DL, OHP, etc.)
- you really should NOT do these exercises unless you need to for competitions
- due to marriage enabling betas to procreate, the majority of men have chit genetics for lifting. most are wasting their time and just causing permanent injuries to themselves
- the only people that really look good are ones that were already really athletic, yet gyms are filled with twinkie soyboys that never get to high numbers in neither weight lifted nor mass

I don’t care how good your diet is and how on point your training is... you’re probably not getting to 6’2” 240lbs 8% BF as a natty.
Doesn’t mean you can’t make serious improvements and still look great though.

If you do a google search you can find a few pro bodybuilders who don't squat or do minimal squatting. Obviously squatting is a great compound but that doesn't make it necessary

- Some people with really bad muscle genetics are wasting their time trying. I see some guys that started same time as me or before and they look exactly the same.
- Barbell bench press is a waste of time. DB’s are much better.
- Girls that come to gym caked in makeup, with revealing satire are pretty much holding a sign that reads “I’m a whore that needs attention, please come get it”.
