That gives me everything

Boiler breaks? No problem call landlord
Damage to wall ? No Problem call landlord

I could own house if i live in poverty but thats not me.. I live a life to enjoy.

Go on holiday 4x a year

and save £10k Per year.

I drive a Mercedes-Benz AMG C43 Premium Pack

but you lot rather live in a cave then invest £££££ and when you're 50 and your cock doesn't work what is that 100k useful for?

Plus when you look back at when you were 20, 30, 37 and all you remeber is working and not the memories. What waste of life
My AC broke in my house that I own, I just called someone to have it replaced. Sounds like you're pretending to not be poverty, but are failing hard. And LOL at only saving $10k per year.

Sure, the thing is almost no one actually invests the free capital somewhere else. A ton of people are living paycheck to paycheck and basically maxing out their cash flow buying/leasing things.

This. Most people get a car because they need it to get from point a to point b, not as an investment, dont understand why this is even brought up in these threads. Sure you can scrounge up cash for a beater to not have a payment, but then there is no teling the maintenance issues and costs said issues will incur. Or you can get a new vehicle with a factory warranty and have peace of mind that if you take care of it, it should last well after you have paid it off. You always use words you don't know the meaning to. You clearly don't know what deflection is. What is it you do again for a living? Correct me if I'm wrong.

The fact that I can squirrel away half your net worth every year whilst still living a non poverty lifestyle is what helps me sleep at night.

I don't think it will make sense to you, since you're not very good at math. But how does it feel, we're the same age, yet I make more money than you, I have a wife who brings even more money into my household. I'm 6'2, I own an actual real estate property. I even have better credentials than you do in your own field, (medicine, I've never been a sponge bath specialist).

Spoiler!

It's a big deal for me, my parents didn't really have the means to give me a small loan of $40k which I've never paid back, not all of us can have it that easy.

Funny you call that cope, seeing as how you literally live in a single wide trailer, a trailer with no heat. You, (and this is not at all hyperbole), need to sleep in front of a space heater, so as to not freeze to death during the winter. But I'm the one who's coping because I have an actual house which is not on wheels. Not only that, but you don't even make $112k per year, so if I'm coping, then you must have went and coped and came back already.

Lol @ a 12k vehicle. What do you get for that an 87 Honda accord?

I don't know to many people that can walk into a dealership with 35-40K for a decent new vehicle that won't break down in a year.

I know, I know. Which is why you make so many tryhard threads. Somehow they always backfire. In your world proper spelling and syntax is me writing novels, no wonder you had to drop out of community college.

a lease is a good idea if youre buying a higher end type car that depreciates at a higher rate than a normal car. like a BMW, Mercedes, etc. if you purchase a bmw, by the time you pay it off it aint worth anything. cheaper to put 3k down and pay whatever a month for 3 years

What's your net worth again? It's less than $30k, remember, net worth is assets minus liabilities.

Let's do the math actually.

Assets
1 trailer - $40k
Investments - $160k

Debts
1 Trailer - $40k at 8% interest
1 "Beach" front property - $210k

You are actually negative $50k.

What you stated is kind of a misrepresentation. There is a significant difference between personal and business finances.

You can pay a new car off in 4-5 years but drive it for 12-15 if you take care of it.

10 years of not making a car payment surely has some value?

You forgot about the yearly depreciation. Basically losing 2-3k /year on a 30k car. I bought a ****ty 97 accord for 2k that i've had for 2 years and could probably resell for 1500. Only real repair i did was a downstream o2 sensor. 80$ prob could have got a used one from a junk yard for 30 though
