I bought some VIBI. .0029. Was a 60 cent stock a few months ago. Word is some major news is imminent and the chart looks like it is ready to bounce.

ILikebbstocks from IHUB is also buying and he has a lot of pull.

Hoping for a run to a penny or so.

this, a honest no BS take would be excellent

To OP's defense, when he said buy, it was like .0093 so it has not tanked but also it has not mooned.

TVOG is the same from his last buy call, not really down much but not up either.

VIBI record volume today and closed green at .0028.

Setting up great for next week as the dilution appeared to end about mid day today.

This was 60 cents not long ago so it can for sure bounce pretty big here.

I bought more IMUN today.

Still waiting for the 14-A filing. I thought for sure it would have been this week. Lets hope early next. As soon as it is filed the kraken can be released.

Yeah again with IMUN its all about the 14-A. Until then we wait. But it is coming. The company cannot really talk until that filing comes out.

TVOG I was really disappointed that it didn't react better to the news on Weds. Its a great deal. $25 M in assets. I guess the market wants to see a closed deal.....which is coming. I am very very confident still. Lots about to happen. Add if you can.

I just got a trading account activated today at my bank , the CIBC . Have an account at the CIBC with the US also , as I think I need that to purchase shares below the border .
If I can figure out how to use it I’ll test the waters and buy 1K of TVOG .
I’m assuming you can’t buy till the market opens Monday?

Yes I realize this , but thought I’d test the waters . Not putting in all my savings here, just would like to at least try something to get my feet wet.
The bank left me a message and told me it had been activated. I may have to see her before I proceed , as I have never used the CIBC trading app before .

I think you buy low , sell high ?

Was wondering how you learned. You certainly seem very knowledgeable about trading .
Do you do this for a living , or do you have a day job?

With IMUN, they are offering preferred shares at .005 that will be coming split protected at a 1 for 10 ratio instead of 1 for 1000.

So if you buy lets say $5 K worth of preferred shares you would get 1 million shares.

If the stock goes to .05 before the reverse split and then does a 1 for 1000 RS, the stock would now be at $50.

And lets say the stock then settles down to the $5-10 area. Because your preferred shares are only splitting at a 1 for 10 ration, you now would have 100,000 shares. If the stock is at $5, that is now worth $500,000.

All for a $5 K investment.

Let me know if interested.

Only caveat is you would not be able to sell any of the shares for a few months at least.

Do you honestly believe that we invest in penny stocks for a long term hold? Only a very select few are ever worth that.

Most are a few minutes to a few hours to a few days to a few weeks hold at most.

Penny stocks move on volume and momo and a great 'story'. Not fundamentals.

That being said, VIBI is a legit bio tech company. Like most bios, they make no money yet as their products get developed. There are many bios that trade on the Nasdaq with no revenues either and massive debt.

Correct. I would wait a bit on TVOG. I think we see a week or two of quietness. Waiting on the Form 10 so that GHS an starting buying.

I think that VIBI and IMUN are better buys this week.

With VIBI there is a ton of chatter on social media this weekend and I think you see more as people buy in early next week.

I talked to the ceo as well and while they can never say exactly what is coming, I do expect to see news flow start.

With this being a 60 cent stock not even 5 months ago, and with the OS still low and with news coming?

Would not surprise me to see this head back to the 5 to 10 cent range.

IMO this is a very unique opp that you do not see everyday.

A stock that has fallen so drastically other than just because it was a very unnoticed stock until very very recently, so even the smallest amount of dilution can take it way down. Fortunately it is getting noticed now and I am expecting a very very nice run.
