Completely free. You can find almost anything to do with people in your area. Activities. I am not referring to lifting. A less isolated activity. You will meet people with stuff in common, so interacting and stuff is easier. The guess work is taken out of approaching people, because this is loosely organized. Ive never used the site myself, but tons of people that I know sing its praises and I was out with my GF downtown one night and someone we both used to work with was at a bar we had grabbed food at, with a group of people they had met on the site. There must have been 20 or so people and they had taken up a large table. I really think it was just a casual bar meetup, because she says they bounce around to different places like once a week.

All of the activities you are doing now to interact with women, and to Roxy's credit, she is right in basically saying this, are lowering your already extremely low self esteem. You aren't building any momentum by paying someone to hang out with you. You are just reinforcing an already pretty sad self view of yourself. You're in a rut. Honestly, you're problem with women aren't going to get fixed super easily. Most of it has to do with how you view yourself right now, because of how your negative self view has been reinforced and reinforced through where you feel everyone your age is, where you should be and where you aren't. Also, find something, anything, even write it down, one thing you can do every day, one goal to accomplish(maybe outside of the gym) that will make you feel good about yourself. I dont care how small it may seem. Something you can be proud of. Do this for a month, while removing yourself from these pay to hang out sights. You have to limit the negative reinforcement in your life and start doing stuff that makes you proud to be you, even if its not the biggest accomplishment in the grand scheme of things, it may be a big deal to you.

This will take time and the results won't seem as tangible, but every day you feel better and more confident about yourself, and you notice a smile from someone on the street/at the store/wherever, man or woman, that feeling will be reinforced. Those are the results you will notice. And instead of the "they're laughing at me" mentality, it will be the "I am putting out postive vibes and people are picking them up".
