I actually love the look of brick and mortar hnnnnnng

They are trailers, but it’s not like they can’t be moved if I want to build a house on the land.

Lol banks don’t typically give out mortgages for trailers alone(I bought the land after I bought the trailer)

3 years in it and no issues yet. Other than needing a space heater to reduce gas bills in the winter.

Was able to buy the home cash just had to sell a couple stocks to free up the money to make said transaction.

Inb4 i am frauding my own story lmao

Ashin just quit the misc. You'll never troll like MrAWatts so stop trying so hard. Every thread you make end in the same way with you being absolutely ethered. Just live peacefully in your trailer and watch your newly obtained free Netflix (just lol) and refrain from typing any words on this forum.

But here on the misc not getting a mortgage is automatically a terrible thing.

and would love to hear your explanation how an 8% personal loan is cheaper than a 4% mortgage. In before "PMI bruh". Seriously, give me a little breakdown.

Nice attempt at dodging the question. Still waiting on an explanation how a personal loan at a higher % is cheaper than a mortgage.

What made you think I could get a mortgage for 4%

And what about fees associated with buying a selling a home cash vs using a bank?
