Fees like what? You still need a realtor even if you buy a home cash. You still have to pay for an inspection, transfer the deed, etc etc even if you pay cash.

You still haven't answered my question, how is a 4% mortgage cheaper than an 8% loan?



The fact you avoid it makes it obvious, you know that it's not and you're trying not to admit you said something stupid.


Furthermore I'd guess you didn't get a mortgage because you're BS'ing about your assets, otherwise the mortgage would be the way to go. Even if you did avoid realtor fees, they would've been what, 2-3% of 35K? Cheaper by a mile than paying 4% higher APR.

Ok guys here's the deal. Ashin is either too autistic or embarrassed to tell you guys but mortgages on mobile homes aren't like a traditional mortgage. Ain't nobody lending you money at 4% for a trailer. He probably came out cheaper with the 8% personal loan than whatever crazy rates they were going to give him to buy the trailer. Another thing is that trailers depreciate like crazy. A new 3 bedroom 1500 sq ft one is around 100k and 10 years later its not even worth 20k hence the reluctance for a bank to lend you money at a reasonable interest rate for one.

yes, we all know this and thus the reason for the constant bashing of his real estate portfolio. same with his investments. he's too dumb to realize that he is nothing special; just a ******* that either mops floors or wipes a*s at some poverty hospital, lives in a sh*t trailer in sh*t tundra canada, has no friends or romantic pursuits irl, barely scrapes by with limited heat in winter, eats poverty food and can't afford a netflix account, let alone a proper televison or entertainment system. he is the opposite of what he thinks he is

Thank you for answering for Ashin, why a 4% mortgage is more expensive than an 8% loan. The answer is because you can't get a 4% mortgage on a rapidly depreciating asset. Should've thought of that.
