Zoning doesn't just have a section labeled trailer park lol. None of this makes me happy. I appreciate frugality and agree with a lot of your opinions about debt. I hate that you feel the need to brag about owning properties and put down other miscers just because they have a mortgage. Its like you don't understand that not everyone's parents can give them the advantages you've had. My parents were well off and because of that I've got passive income from riverside rentals and a hunting club on my family's land. I don't come to the misc and brag about any of that though and I sure don't put down other miscers because they come from less fortunate circumstances and couldn't pay cash for their homes. We need to lift each other up and stop all the negativity. You admitted that the thread that started this whole ordeal was just you trying to rustle incels. Don't those fukcers have it bad enough without someone else chitting on them. I don't like whining threads about looks anymore than the next guy just tell them to man up and move on.

Misc has always been about giving each other chit but its gotten to where its just mean spirited. I blame more autistic people coming here and not knowing the difference.
