I can see both sides of the argument. He brought a gun to a fist fight. Prosecutor should have gone for manslaughter cause hes guilty of that. If you believe his story and think he was defending himself you cant do murder 2. You can kill someone with fists / concrete. My views are fairly conservative but if you take all the politics out of it youve got to at least call it manslaughter.

What does going through a phase have anything to do with what I said? My point was Treyvon wasn't that cute 12 year old boy when he was shot. He was going through a gangster "phase" according to you. Yes everybody goes through phases. But if you're "phase" is pretending to be a gangster don't expect me to feel sorry for you when someone puts a bullet in you. You honestly think people should just humor your "phases" and should face no consequences for your actions? Play stupid games win stupid prizes etc.
