I guess you could say there was fair warning . But in OPs defence , natural shrimp went all the way to 81 cents, 58 cents more gains after he said to buy .
Made me think the guy was legit .
I’m going to lmao if IMUN does the same and I was to nervous to invest.

I mentioned in my previous post that I can’t buy Otc stock with CIBC investors edge , so I put the kibosh on that for now .
I suspect penny stocks are the best quick gains a guy could make also

I added more IMUN the past 3 days. I talked with someone at the company and they are waiting on the Def 14-A for when the 10 K annual report comes out in a few days to a week. Just waiting on the auditor. Apparently they had to add in the 10 K when filing the 14-a after the govt shutdown slowed down everything. So a few more days I hope then fire works.

TVOG I also added. Don't let these prices slip away. Soon they will be worth 2-10 X more.

IMUN will go. Trust me. As I said NOTHING will happen until the 14 A comes out. They are in a total quiet period until so. No press releases. I understand it is frustrating but the stock will go. I averaged down big time the past week. Bought 005s and 006s.

This for sure. The overall penny market $dollar volume has come way down in the month of March. Almost all stocks are down in March as well....been a sea of red. It needs another SHMP type runner to get people excited and cash flush again.

I think we have a great April and May before things quiet down for the summer.

BTW I haven't disappeared and won't leave the thread.

I have just been away the past week. Spent last week in Vegas drinking and playing poker and the last 3 days in San Diego playing golf and visiting my brother in law.

I am back full time now.

BTW the annual report last year came out April 2 I believe so hoping it is a week sooner this year. From what I understand it is basically done. Then they can release that, the 14-A, and all the press releases they have written and set to go.

You have no idea what you are even talking about. Zero. My suggestion to you is to school yourself up on some simple stock terminology. You can also contact the company if you so desire.

If you want the exact quote from my contact, it went as this....

We have not had a press release as we are in a quite period due to the filing of the 14A we hope to file the final this coming week.

As you know the financial are old and the 14A must include the annual report. We will be filing the 10K which present our new board and direction of the company.
The hardest part was the company had to completely rewrite the 10K, as the prior 10K was based upon the combined company. The combined company did not include development of xxx and included all of the work with the FDA in the United States or our ownership in Cytocom.

With the completion of the separation of the companies IMUN has to be explained as where we are today. That was over 180 pages of writing.

The quite period will be over with when we file the 14A and the audit.

Because hopefully most companies are financially solvent enough that they do not worry about the stock price. The stock price is just a side effect of a company doing well, or not well.

Now with penny stocks, since many rely on their stock to raise funds to pay the bills (called dilution) the stock price does matter more.

I just looked. I posted 20 times in the past 10 days or so on the other forum. Most of which were made when I was home for a day and a half. That is not a lot trust me. Plus you need to understand that the other forum is 10000000000000000000000000000 x more busy when it comes to stock message volume compared to this thread, so obviously I am going to post more there when I can.

Regardless of a penny stock going up 1000% , it’s of no value if you can’t sell your shares .

ISBG skull and crossbones cause their twitter said **** they shouldnt have lol has provided a great opportunity to get a decent sized position, Attorney letter was uploaded to OTC markets today 320million shares O/S great SS i expect it to be current within end of next week which will really open it up

VRUS great looking chart, nice momo, nice SS in at the resistance at a .016 but thats just how confident i am that itll have a bullish break

PS **** YOU PCLI had 7million of those ****ers at .002 the company doing the reverse merger went silent for over a ****ing month i lost faith even though the chart was intact and sold for a lose now it it hit .0035 today but will be watching to see what it does
