This is standard operating procedure for a city that had been compromised by liberal corruption. We can only hope that the civil unrest and exploding debt will one day soon collapse the city, county, and state as a whole so we can re-build all over again. The only thing I hope is that the same idiots who vote these people into power learn from their mistakes, but sadly they won't because Illinois has effectively implemented a system where the largest employer in the state is the government which ensures reelection for the same liberal scumbags who broke the state in the first place
