Absolutely disgusting. How can anyone have faith in a justice system that doesn't prosecute such heinous crimes? This man literally tried to send innocent men to jail, cause racial division and help destroy a sitting President. He should be tried for treason.

it's one of two reasons, or probably both -

a) Kim Foxx was paid off ie. corruption

b) Foxx did it to spite evil Trump and everyone on that evil man's team; at least Smollett tried; my gosh the boy was tryin to do good against evil Trump and his evil cult of evil people
