It tells me that for some unknowable reason, 3 women in a rough period of ~2 years decided that they wanted to fuk me. Never happened before.. it hasn't happened since. I didn't do anything different during that 2 year period than I'm doing right now. If anything, I've improved my life greatly since then through buying a condo, moving to a nicer part of town, getting a new car, and losing 74 pounds.

Ye, that was a big shift for me when I first entered a serious relationship (and boy you know I jumped into the deep end). It felt very burdensome for a long time, to plan, commute, listen to her problems -- for me it felt like I had all of my own problems (which weren't many to be fair) plus hers. I did adapt over time though to an extent, to get out of my routine.

With regards kids, I have definitely felt anxious about that (losing significant freedom), but I think mentally I'm more prepared for it as I get older. I will fully expect the loss of freedom, so I'm psychologically prepared. It's also why I'm kinda okay with postponing kids until 40 or so (assuming I even meet the right woman, so might not have a choice in that matter anyway).

I think the big problem is people not mature enough to know what to expect. I know young women (indirectly) that have children and they bitch and moan about their loss of freedom, how they want to go out drinking at the weekend etc.

I definitely wouldn't go as far as saying it isn't "a life worth living". There really are a lots of pros and cons to being in a relationship. I'm certainly not good at it (though I'm getting married soon). I'm selfish, want things my way, and like having my privacy. But going without women is another thing entirely, especially if you actually enjoy them. I went through a long period without women during my younger days, but I can't imagine ever having to do that again. It's like being starving in Africa and eating rats to eating filet mignon and then back again. Like you said, it's easier if you've never had it, but there's no going back.

You're missing the point here bro.

3 women found you attractive enough to seek you out and phuck. The odds of this happening out of the blue are astonishingly low for most men. What can you deduce from this? Some women obviously find you attractive (attractive enough to be the sexually aggressive pursuer). Simple statistics will state that your success rate will increase the more times you try.

Anything else is just cope to justify the nervousness/lack of willingness on your part to approach.

That's one of the problems with women making the first move, especially if you're inexperienced. You learn very little from it because you're not the one who did anything. You're being given a fish as opposed to learning how to fish.

First time I got laid/got a girlfriend, she made the move. After I broke up with her, I didn't get laid for years because I was the same awkward fuk with a fear of rejection that I had always been. It wasn't until I decided that I had enough of that and started to make a real effort to get women that I started learning from my experiences and changing.

I dont think thats it honestly...i think many men have resorted to staying home playing video games, watching porn, and jerking off.
