Lifting can change bone structure?
Everyone's first impulse is to say this is bro science but there are many guys who say their faces masculinized after they started lifting. Also studies show that high-test in rats increases bone mass. Just look at the jaws of female bodybuilders.

wat? you smoking crack homie? Your face starts to look larger because increase in size of your neck muscles and decrease of body fat on your face. Lifting doesn't magically unlock your superman chin genetics.

Lifting weights can increase your bone density. Weight lifting = testosterone increase = increased bone density.
But it's not going to change the length.

People just grow at different rates. I was done growing tall at 16 years old but I didn't finish filling out my frame until my mid 20's and that was with very minimal and inefficient training. Over that time period I went from looking like a pretty boy to an Eastern Euro mod enforcer in the face

Its a hormone for growing
So, i guess its possible that lifting would produce more of this growing hormone

IMO Bone structure can be improved if you start lifting before your growth plates close.
If you start lifting after that, it will not impact that much.
Of course you can make your clavicles look wider if you put a lot of muscle on your delts, for example.
Or you can make your hips look bigger if you put on a lot of abdominal muscle.

Resistance training/weight lifting can help with the bone remodeling and cause apposition (width) bone growth, but not interstital (length). It's all to do with changing in the bone matrix/density.
